Vickie Wood: Received a gift card for Christmas. Scheduled my appointments for a day of pampering 2weeks in advance. My experience was different than I expected.1.Massage was very good, but not as thorough as past massages. She was very friendly.2.Facial was good, but she was very hurried, and I had to rush to get dressed to get to the next station. She complained about clients talking during their facial. She complained about schedulers adding on clients in between scheduled clients. Sorry NOT Good.3.Pedicure was fabulous. Very thorough and friendly.4.Did not have a manicure because Nail person was allergic to Acrylic. She tried to find someone else, but everyone was booked till next week.) :Left with a feeling rushed and not the best experience. Sorry, I will forfeit the $30 balance on my gift card.I sincerely hope the owner reads this review!

And blames it on you! Aside from that, this girl makes well over $100 an hour rushing thur your service, leaving splotchy color application or none at all.Multiple lines of demarcation in color then when you show her, she blames saying its "bc you missed an apt for color" *Will not offer to make it right! Just put your next appointment out far enough for another highlight/lowlight. I thought she might offer to use some color-Correcting and fix. NOTWanted it atleast fixed the next time, or the next time or the next time. Never happened.Also, over-processing at hairline, bad breakage i showed her and will not admit her fault. After multiple issues, out of my frustration.... I went to 2 different master level color and hair extension specialist in two different high end salon locations and they confirmed this and then some.Here i am bc i dont want anyone else 2be taken advantage of after over $3000 I spent in a very short period of time. I understand having extensions, hightlight n low lights are not cheap services, and i do not mind paying , WHEN ITS RIGHT but when I learned how others do it see their results.and charges for it, this needed to be said.

jenny pomeroy: First time experience, so I was not sure what I was walking into. I scheduled it online; The relaxation message with sarab ( I think because my schedule got changed. ) that was great. Would definitely go back for that.I got a mini pedi with jessica that was kinda awkward. She said the spray she used was to speed up the drying process but they were painted thick so she got the dryer and had to put another coat because it smudged when she tested it. We dried them a few times and she sprayed them with the fast drying stuff but they did not turn out good. So I won’t be getting my nails done again. :( then I got my hair cut with Rikelle and that was a good experience. Thanks

Was a very cool experience overall though! Love that there is so many options in one place. It was also nice having a drink or two! Will go back but definitely try someone new.

Julia VanWagoner: New to the area and tried this salon out based on good reviews. Steer clear from this salon, specifically Lauren, if you want a good experience. She teased my hair with every foil of my balayage (I’ve gotten a balayage many times at other salons and have NEVER had this done before), I even stated to her that I was worried about brushing out my hair after she was done teasing my entire head. It was incredibly painful, I was in tears while she ripped through my hair without any detangler or conditioner, and she told me I just had a “sensitive scalp”. Then she stated I didn’t book a hair cut (just a color), when I talked to the receptionist when I got there and she said I booked a cut and color. Lauren asked if she could trim my ends, I said yes because I thought I signed up for a hair cut, and she left it all a single length (except for pieces that were chopped unevenly). She asked at the end what she could touch up on my hair, I said it looked terrible because my hair is thick and can’t just be cut all the same length. She told me her recommendation was for me to go to any generic hair salon and have them cut my hair because she didn’t have time, she stated I didn’t sign up for a hair cut. Also, she left my hair not styled, just a frizzy, giant blow dried mess. I never write reviews, but I would never recommend this salon, and I will never ever return there. You know it’s bad when she asks to take a before picture of my hair and then never takes an after picture.

I added onto my massage to be over the $85 but that didn't work as it was for 1 item over $85. These are useless as I don't want to nor can afford to spend that much to get $25 off. My kids' plan to help me get a massage didn't help.

Mary Kinney: First deep tissue massage at this business and it was wonderful. Faith was my therapist and she was friendly and warm while giving a perfect massage based on my intake information. My husband's therapist was very good also and he loved the work he got. The environment was warm and relaxing and all the staff were wonderful. Excited to return for future pampering sessions.

Renay Baker: Very disappointed with this spa and pricing and will not recommend to anyone. I booked two 45 minute mineral foot soak with leg and foot scrub, mask and foot oil massage for 70.00 for me and my daughter. When booking this appointment I assumed that we would each have our own tech working on us, each getting pampered for 45 minutes. Wrong! One person took care of us both at the same time which means we didn't get the full 45 minutes each, they split the 45 minutes between us and we still had to pay 70 each! Also we did not get a mask nor oil massage. It was soak feet, salt scrub with light massage and then dried feet off and put lotion on. I tried to speak to the own regarding this but he said they only had one person who did that. I asked why he didn't tell me this on the phone when booking and that I should only pay for one 45 minute session but they declined and said that was the way it was. Very unprofessional. To me it is no different then booking a couples massage and having two therapists working on each of you at the same time.

Holly Taylor: Wonderful place and family that runs it! The outside building looks like a warehouse building but once you step through those doors, its a warm and welcoming, beautiful place! They have so many unique options to choose from that you can't find anywhere else in the area. The family that is the staff are warm and inviting and accommodating. The waiting room has salt foot stools and comfy chairs with neck heating pads and water. I had the facial service, salt room, bio mat, etc. all great with very clean environments and comfort items. Already scheduled my next visit!
