Michael Bargy: Terrable.... keep calling me for money.... I don't owe them money... they keep saying they had a mistake and will fix it.... then call me again months later..... they are Terrable, can't stand there calls any more. Tried to do the right thing each time. But now they have taken up too much time from me.

Amber Arkles: My 4 year old daughter had her tonsils removed here this week and it was a very unpleasant experience from the very beginning. Ill start with the receptionist staff. They had street clothes on, very unprofessional. Never said good morning when we walked in. When we get called back, only 1 parent was allowed back. Which could have been covid related but with a pediatric patient, you should be able to have both parents at your child's bedside. IV insertion was miserable. No numbing cream was used. My daughter was terrified. I was trying to comfort her and distract her at the same time. Having her father back there could have been very helpful. Both nurses acted like they had never had experience with a child. They never tried to explain the procedure to my daughter or help prepare her for it, just went for the poke. The CRNA who came and explained the anesthesia was amazing. She was very friendly and caring towards my daughter. She allowed my daughter to use her phone to watch cartoons on while wheeling her back. Post Op was a nightmare. My daughter was waking up, crying and swinging her arms. Which I know as an RN this is how children can wake up. But the post op nurse had no compassion whatsoever. I did not even see a pulse ox on my daughter and she was just under general anesthesia. RIPPED the tegaderm and tape off of her to remove her IV all while my daughter is still very out of it, crying, and swinging. Then continued to rip the EKG stickers off her chest, when I wanted to do this at home where and when my daughter was more comfortable. NEVER asked if my daughter was having any pain at all! The nurse then proceeded to try and shove ice in my daughters mouth with my daughter refusing. She was obviously not coherent enough yet to take any ice. The nurse then said well Ill go get her clothes so you can go home where she is more comfortable. So this nurse was not concerned if my daughter could swallow or not after having throat surgery? Also, you are going to send my daughter home with me when she is clearly not herself yet. My daughter was barely opening her eyes. She then handed the discharge paperwork to me and said "these mainly pertain to adults but here you go." She walked us out to the waiting room where my husband was, put the paperwork in my purse that my husband was carrying and never once said good bye, good luck, I hope your daughter feels better. NOTHING! This was an awful experience all around. I will be sure to let the office know and let other parents know to not send their children here.

Kimberly Carr: A miracle and blessing when things are crazy. Wonderful staff as well. When I arrived it was snowing and windy and the gal at the front desk came outside to help me with my bags. You can help yourself to linens and food that is donated. I was even able to do my laundry. I have no humbled I was to receive such a gift. Worth every donation this foundation raises. Truly beyond thankful.
