Mr Red: Went to JD Sports today 04/01/23 to get some shoes for me and my wife waited in line for over an hour we was 3rd in line and we get to the counter here is where it start getting strange we asked for the shoes the guy said no problem and went to the back to get them then he came back empty handed he was looking crazy lol and acting strange and so I asked someone else and the exact same thing happened I was like what's going on she said she can't sell them right now to talk to the store manager so we asked the manager whats going on she didn't even respond very rude she need to be replaced ASAP we seen people behind us the workers was handing them the shoes before they even got to the counter long story long they was basically handing they friends and family the shoes lol that's crazy so JD Sports In Flint is not first come first served its who you know Horrible strange experience

Just recently I bought a pair of Polo Ralph Lauren boots. (ANOTHER FAKE PAIR OF BOOTS) these boots turned the heals of my feet Black from the dye!!!! Very disappointed I work hard for my money!!

I stood in front of the guy's for maybe 3 minutes with a shoe in my hand and he still didn't offer to help. Customer service is at an all time low!

Justin L: It would be great if it didn't take 2+ months to get my work shirts that I PAID FOR and NEED. My job has a deal set up with flint city t shirts and we have to order our work shirts through them. We get sweaty at work and having a clean shirt each day is vital. I know many of my coworkers are also unhappy about how long it takes, especially since the website we use says we will receive our order in just a couple weeks. It feels like we are not a priority to flint city t shirts. But isn't guaranteed business the most valuable business? Some of my coworkers say they never receive their orders and some have had unfriendly experiences with the owner when they have stopped in, called or emailed about their orders. And some of these interactions were before the hectic Covid situation. If flint city t shirts can't handle a large amount of orders, then they need to admit this to their customers, so they can find a more reliable source. Hopefully one day we can convince our company to get a new t shirt company, we are trying!
