Yeet Man: This isn't a mall. This is a fight club. My family and I went here to shop around, and we were in Spencer's when a fight broke out. Blood, cursing, everything. Come to find out, this was the SECOND PHYSICAL ALTERCATION that day (we came early/mid day) because a Lids employee's old roommate came in and punched the employee in the face. Don't bring small children to this mall for the sake of their innocence. Also, very bad selection in stores, extremely overpriced, no good food place outside of Auntie Annie's (so you can only really grab a pretzel for a snack in terms of good food), bad employees (in DTLR employees were loudly talking about stabbing people), closed and run-down stores left, right and center, and just overall an awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

My daughter passed out in Victoria secret because it was so hot. She hit her head and got staples put in her head.

Barely any places to shop inside, I only go inside to use the bathroom, door dash, also there a little play place inside that my daughter loves to play at other wise, it's not looking good for Genesee Valley mall. If I really want to shop, I'll go all the way to great lakes

Gregoire Bolduc: Good local mall with a nice selection of stores. I walk here seven days a week and can say they keep the floors clean and dry!Since Covid, they have lost some stores. I'd guess occupancy is down around 60 to 70 percent right now.

Dan Slater: This mall is almost as great as it used to be. Still don’t like to see the stores that have just closed and nobody is there. It’s not a good feeling like when I was a kid when you see abandoned stores. Hope things get better, especially in the food court.

Kari Barrett: Worked at the mall for many years. So many good memories. Now I only stop at Macy's for online returns. Nothing like it once was. Wonderful years of Santa arriving after Thanksgiving with a parade and bands..parking lots filled with shoppers. Hard to believe it's the same place.
