I was hopeful as they passed by to exit our subdivision they would pick it up. I stood by the end of the drive waiting for them and tried flagging them down but they completely ignored me. However by the end of the day my trash still wasn’t picked up. I called Emterra and the lady on the phone was very nice , she informed me that it would be picked up the next day. I was never given an explanation as to why it wasn’t picked up . My trash never got picked up and I called back 2 more times , I left a voicemail no response. My trash sat out for a week and then after the people came to pick it up they threw our cans in our yard .Service:Waste recycling

Sally Webb: We consistently have issues with our trash cans being destroyed over the last four years. We attempted recycling on their schedule, but gave up after having two brand new recycling bins (which I had purchased) taken by them and not replaced after I was assured by the company they would be. We are now back to having no functional trash cans. I have repeatedly attempted contact with Emterra and have not been successful. I cannot get a person and have left multiple voicemails and emailed with no response. They are contracted by our township, so we do not have a choice in services for our area without the township changing to another service. john warren: This is the worst trash pick up ever. Cans upside down with half the trash still in them. I have had many issues with the yardwast but have not complained untill now. I have had to replace or fix several of my cans due to being hit by trafic on our road. They were late today so I was home to see why. After emptying them they just laid them in the road behind the truck and drove off. Since we are paying for such poor service maybe I should send Emterra the bill for all the new cans.
