Eight Ten: Took them a bit to find the right job for me. But I am very satisfied now. Would recommend them to my friends and family. Update: Was fired after being harassed by a female supervisor when my old one was sick in the hospital. Told them this weeks ago and nothing has been done or communicated to me about it. I lost my job there after being there 6 months because of a disrespectful woman who was only supervisor for 3 days. Express didn't care 1 bit about me or what happened.

Make an appointment online, it will save you quite a bit of time. After getting in line, the wait wasn’t too bad. Pretty quick considering how busy it was.Kelli helped me get my license and registration. Once again, professional and organized. Took only 6-7 minutes. If you live in the Genesee county area, go here first. Top notch experience.

She failed her vision test & instead of going through hoops with her drs, she gave up her license. Mark seems to genuinely care about people, you have an amazing employee!

Leedog Day: Since my last posting , you now have to get appointments. No more walk ins as about 24 of us found out this morning. 3 appointments were there, the rest of us couldn't just get in line.. It's nobody's fault that works there, they all we're very nice, Hannah served me and as always, she's a joy to have working a station. The system they use is useless however..

Jerome Maul: My wife and I had a great experience at the Fenton Rd Sec of State office. Jennifer did a terrific job with our drivers licenses and vehicle registrations. There was a lot of paperwork to do, but Jennifer was knowledgeable and professional and the entire procedure went very smoothly. The Sec of State web site is a bit confusing here and there and navigating it takes a lot of patience, but our office visit couldn't have gone better. Well done Jennifer! :-D
Franklin Braden: Scheduling online and getting the appointment, easy. Getting in fast at the appointment time easy.But the staff is rude, condescending and not knowledgable. I was sent out of the location 3 imes on the same day with the wrong information from 3 different people. Then the workers who had been there longer would not help. They kept sending me to the new person who had no clue. I ened up calling the SOS in Lansing and they apologized for what transpired. I will not be back. Emily needs more training or to work a different job.

Jack Crowley: I dont know what everyone else's deal is, but Ive only had good experiences with my caseworkers. Mine searched through systems for an hour to get my benefits restored after they had been lost because of a paperwork mistake that *I* made.
Amy A: If I can give 0 stars I would. This place makes Wayne county look like saints. I have an application that has never been processed for over 40 days and turn around time should be 30 days. Seems like they go to work to do nothing and tell people to wait due to their laziness. Not sure what they are getting paid to do honestly.
Amanda J: Such a broken system. I've spoke. To 4 people in the last 2 weeks. 1 out of the 4 was only polite. He was a gentleman that has worked here for 20 years. All the other "representatives" act like they don't have to provide customer service due to the nature of their job. They know as well as we do that if they are nasty, rude and inconsiderate to us nothing will happen, for 2 reasons. 1 - there is a staffing shortage and 2 - they can just blame it on the client, saying they are just complaining because they are denied. I truly hope these calls are recorded.

All the jobs in Flint MI pay EXTREMELY LOW WAGES. HOW DOES DHHS EXPECT PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO PAY BILLS, MEDICAL NEEDS, AND FOOD WITH AN AVERAGE OF $10/HR? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. AT LEAST HAVE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND APOLOGIZE FOR HOW YOU HAVE FAILED THIS COMMUNITY!!!
