Laurie Baldwin: First time I did an online order, when I walked in to pick it up I wasn't greeted by the employees, when I told them I was there to pick up my order he in a not so friendly voice told me where it was. Once I got home one of the subs had a couple of big pieces of bad onions on it, and about 1/4 of one of the other subs had onions on it which wasn't ordered on it. Not pleased about this order at all.

He greeted me the second I walked in the door even asked how I was and made me laugh the whole time there while ordering my food.... Jennifer Curtis: Illegal practices I will be reporting your team to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My husband ordered 2 Garlic Chicken subway series footlongs because of the coupon. AFTER making them the staff stated it can't be used on subway series subs. This is NOT accurate. We didn't order melts or pro sandwiches. I would have never order a footlong as I can't finish it but for the coupon it only made sense. My husband isn't confrontational, slight problem I know my consumer rights and I was the one one paying. I expect a $20 compensation and a call from your district manager, this is not ok practices you all need to properly train your staff.

Candy Brock: I went into Subway around 4pm amd the gate was closed. I asked the associate Karen if they were closed to which she answered "Im training". I asked her if she could train while making my sub? She says Im not helping you. The trainee says I will help you. I get my sub then realize I was not given my receipt. I go back to go get it and they cannot find it. I spent $17.82 in there and needed my receipt to file a complaint. Karen continued to argue with me despite other customers being in there. She has zero customer service.
Marc L: Came in to get 3 footlong subs with a coupon today, but turns out it expired 3 days ago, and will they honor it anyway? No way. So I get home an hour later and look in the mailbox and there is a new coupon for the exact same deal. So why couldn't they accept it, make a sale, and keep a customer happy?

Katie Moore: It was about an hour and a half before closing. I finished grocery shopping and got in line with my toddler. There were several customers being waited on ahead of me and a couple behind me. After standing there for a few minutes, an employee told me they wouldn't serve me because they were closing soon.When I questioned that - because I've had a job before - I was told that they were "pre closing." I said that isn't a thing, come on. Then they told me several times "well we don't serve white bread here. We don't serve white bread." People of color continued to receive service. To be clear, I did not ask any questions pertaining to bread varieties. They were referring to me and my son being white.

Josh Linn: I Work next door and have been eating lunch here for years. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this location because of the treatment I received today and the last visit by a red haired women because I asked got my mustard to go on the sandwich. Kevin Piper: This is by far the best, the most attentive subway I have ever been into! Not only did the ENTIRE staff have big smiles but they were all wonderful women to talk to and interact with! While waiting for my order, the one woman remembered that she accidentally didn't give another customer something. He should have got the last time. He came in and didn't know that and she hooked him up and made it right without him even knowing! That to me is customer service not only being great the first time, but remembering the next time when things may have not been the best! I will make sure to come back to this location every time I need my subway fixed!

Jeremy Taylor: It gets 2 stars because I don't have to leave the shop to get it. Otherwise it would get negative stars. When you have a captive customer base you don't have to worry about quality of food I guess. Just lost a star for another messed up order. One star. And watch out for roaches.

Brittny Behlen: Our experience at this subway was terrible. The woman working behind the counter never greeted us when she walked up from the back. She never smiled, just asked what kind of subs we wanted. After that she continued to have conversations with the other employees while making our sandwiches. She dropped her hat on our bread and continued to try and give us the bread that it fell on. We repeatedly said thank you despite the terrible service and nothing was ever said in response. On top of the bad service, the counters around the credit card swiper were very dirty and they gave us expired chips. If I could rate a zero, i would.
