Jeremy Tyree: Rooms are clean....The only good thing I have to say.Paid for the room and then the key wouldn't work. 25 minutes later after beating on the window and 2 doors and I mean beating, a lady finally came from the back and reprogrammed the key. It says no smoking and I'm sure they'll never know cons8dering the place has a new path kind of smell. (Entire building smells like smoke) I think next time I'll be sure to read the reviews on a place cause this one isn't the one to go to. Save your money and go to red roof.

E G: The bedsheets were disgusting.. the front desk staff was very friendly and kind. What ruined our experience is we payed for an extra hour to clean, and as soon as my significant other left the room there was a man standing in my doorway just watching me after I told him i payed for an extra hour. And wouldn't leave as I was alone cleaning the room.We stayed to clean and found old clothes of other residents from before. The man seemed nice but was very off-putting being my boyfriend had just left the room and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. I paid for another hour of privacy to clean and him hovering until my bf showed up was just strange. Again nice staff and and worked with us at late hours. Just should've been left alone as soon as I said I paid for extra time. Other than that whole ordeal. Nice people work there. Just won't be visiting again.

Janis Thornton: 0 stars DONT DO IT this is not a hotel for families or vacation my experience was horrible for starters I booked a double bed for me and my children I received a queen bedroom the key card machine didn't work so the front desk clerk had to let everyone in their room anytime anyone wanted to come or go and there's no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up three or four flights of stairs depending on what room you're in the phones didn't work so you couldn't call the front desk when we walked in it smelled like a thousand cigarettes there was a dirt trail on the carpet throughout the whole room as if it had never been cleaned since it was installed the bathroom had a big hole in it with the wood putty slapped on top of it the tub had permanent stains the trim in the bathroom was falling off and had mold behind it the bed linens had holes and stains on them the mini fridge and microwave hadn't been cleaned and one of the lamps didn't work and to top it off there's no manager or anyone authorized to refund your money back so you have to wait for several days to get a refund at this point they just need to throw the whole hotel away and start over this place really needs a redo especially with covid-19 and bed bugs at all time high this is truly sad no shade to the front desk worker she did pretty good and I commend her for doing all that work especially since she just had knee replacement

Connie Richardson: There are no closets, they were closed when renovations were done. There were no covers over the air conditioner. The shower leaked .There were smokers in room next door, and we had to close off all vents. I brought my own air purifier which I know worked overtime! The atmosphere of being watched each time we came in and left was erie!!!Never gave clean towels! Horrible!!!! No microwave 1 Microwave to be used by entire hotel downstairs! No food allowed to leave from downstairs continetal breakfast, but employees/ owners children allowed to do so in front of customers. Bed is so used that I felt as if I would roll off all night long.!!!!

Sarah Carr: Mediocre at best. A little dirty but nothing I couldn’t handle. There was security guards at my door at 11 pm because apparently my speaker was too loud. Why wouldn’t they just call the room and tell me that? The breakfast was kind of slim pickins. Even at 7 am there was no fruit, one danish in the cabinet, and no selections of juices or teas which was a disappointment for me. However the waffle maker saved our lives, it is always excellent!So it wasn’t nothing to write home about but it was the cheapest I saw.

Chelsey Holmes: You definitely get what you pay for staying here. Was taken a back by the fact they ask for a security deposit by how many issues the rooms have. Luckily did not have any bugs. Roof over your head for the airport but that's about damn near it.
