XRainZXX: This new zoom tan has completely ruined Tropi Tan all together. All the changes are horrible changes. Not to mention, the last time I went to this one, I stood there for 23 mins waiting to get checked in all because the girl working was too busy enjoying a conversation with a customer who had already tanned. They didn't even acknowledge me at all. I recorded 15 mins of this as well and plan to send to corporate. This new way of doing things will absolutely be the down fall of this once great tanning salon. Been a customer for over 15 years but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
Chrysa Curran-Cronley: Always polite and seem to always have what I want to do, available. I especially like the employee named Lyndee Mcelek, she knows I work late and even if I come in to tan at 5 minutes to closing time, she lets me tan., I've not been able to do that at the other tan salons. Morgan Makala: Honestly so upset with this place. I normally go to bristol road in my lunch but they were closed due to flooding. I went up to court street on september 14th to cancel my membership because I can not tan at court street often enough to be worth it. At this time I was told Bristol rd would be opened the following monday so I said forget it and let the payment go through. I go to tan ON MY LUNCH today and get there and guess what? STILL CLOSED. Called court street and was offered nothing but to freeze the month I have already paid for. Sad thing is I need to tan here this month to get my moneys worth and cancel next month ai guess.Service:Tanning

Lori Faber: I usually tan at Zoom in Clio but my daughter and I stopped in there April 29th around 4 since it was close to an appointment we had. My finger would not scan and this girl was so rude like it was my fault. I walked out to my car as my daughter was signing in to grab my ID. After tanning my daughter made a comment on how rude she was to her. There was literally no one else there that day and I see why now. I will drive out of my way before going there again. I'm sorry but what the heck? Poor service! And horrible rules. So someone who doesn't have a credit card or cell phone can't go tanning here 🤣 bad business!
