Daniel Harris: After messing up my return last year, and stating it would be fixed this year, I received a letter from the IRS saying that my return was still messed up. Now they refuse to refund me and will not help in any way. The best advice I can give is to not use Michelle, as she obviously is ignorant of how to utilize their software. Also, terrible followup when trying to get these still unresolved issues resolved. Don't waste your money here.
