S P: Nice service I had to use for a medical appointment. Made the appointment the day my ride was needed. Operator was very helpful in letting me know when my ride was available and coming to pick me up. I will definitely use this taxi service again.

Latrice Howard: There when you need 24 HOURS .Even when busy they are pretty quick. I also like that I can pay before I get picked up so I don't have to worry about it. I have a huge appreciation for Eduardo with the Uruguay sticker in his car who took me to the ER in the middle of an ice / snow storm and was constantly asking if I was okay and telling me how sorry he was.
Michael Cinnotti: No where on their website does it state you have to book ahead and there is no one on the weekends unless booked ahead of time. don't waste time with these people
LandBoat Charters: DO NOT USE FOR AIRPORT!Had a scheduled 545am.airport this AM for my adult child. their flight was cancelled yesterday and they were already stressed. then they never showed today! No phone operator service early in the morning. Thankfully ShuttleAire taxi service answered at 6am and got to my kid within 11minutes and got them to the airport with only minutes to spare. ZERO STARS for HeyTaxi.Edit: can't believe they had the nerve to call my kid at 6:30 and ask if it was too late to pick her up for her 7am flight!. LOL. She was already boarding the plane!!! wtaf is going on here?

Robin Harris: The service is good but its way too expensive 30 to go a mile or so is just ridiculous but the person who answered the phone was very helpful.

Barret Baxter: This place is a scam! They make you pre pay when you schedule in advance and then don’t show, leaving you stranded and your flight looming. Never! It’s tough when only one taxi has a number working. Do yourself a favor. Call Shuttle Air
joanna klaffer: Attempted to contact regarding taking my mom places. Wouldn't take the time of day. They keep taking my mom to the bank - and to deposit all her money to some phantom through bitcoin. If I could rate zero I would. They refuse to help and only care about there profit. Unethical knowing my mom is being taken advantage of and actually helping her deposit the funds. SMFH
Aarica Mason: Charges a $30 min for cab service, even if you just need to go down the street. Unfair prices and tax surplus non-existent.

Lauren Starr: Do not pay for the reserved parking lot at the Flint airport. We booked online and prepaid. When we arrived there were no spots, the "Full" sign was broken and no one answered the help button. When we spoke to an attendant at the exit she was rude and told us we should not have pre-booked. We are Still waiting for a refund 9 days later. Use the economy lot across the street the shuttle was pretty fast
