Donald Stewart: The owner Randy Kilbreath is possibly the nicest business owner I know. They mounted many things for me and did an awesome job. He takes personal care to make sure you are satisfied. They’re open different times depending on season. Thank you for your great service and product!! I read Mr Aaron Dively’s review; while I was dropping off my head to be mounted, I asked Mr Kilbreath about Mr Dively’s heads. Capes and horns are not thrown away; they are still there. Mr Kilbreath explained Mr Dively still has a mount from four years ago he has not placed any money on, and it’s been a year; and again no moneywort his two heads. He said if he wants more work done he needs to start paying for the work that’s from four years ago. The customers who honor their agreements have no problem getting their work finished on time. Thank you for the best turkey and bear mounts. See pictures; they’re awesome!

Dustin Terwilliger: Trying to find out if he is still in business or not? Paid $250 up front a year and a half ago and last I heard from him was October and said it wouldn't be much longer and now I can't get a response back.....
Connor mead: Did an absolutely amazing job on a jack miner drake mallard and a hen black duck for me. Every time I look at it I get a big ole grin on my face. Highly recommend for your mounts 👍🏻👍🏻
Nick C: If you want quality and professional work find someone else to go to. This guy takes no pride in his work and the pictures will show. It took 23 months to get my elk back. Johnny wouldn’t return texts or phone calls for several days at a time and the excuses ranged from getting married, he’ll get to it soon, and then getting divorced. When I finally received my mount back, it was wet, there were chunks and flakes of flesh/material caked to the hide, smelled horrible, and a large area of the hide not glued to the frame. I took the mount to another taxidermist for a professional opinion and he couldn’t believe how bad the quality of my elk was. Half the skin around the nose was not rolled while the other half was so there is a huge eye sore. The skin around the ears wasn’t even dry and so the ears could literally be wiggled up/down and left/right. The lips and mouth area looked like a drunk 8 year old tried to form it to the frame. Not to mention the extremely poor stitch work on the back of the neck where he attempted to join the hide together. I tried on 3 separate days to pickup my mount and hours/sometimes minutes before leaving he had to cancel on me. So I HIGHLY recommend not going through this guy and instead go to someone else who is reputable, reliable, transparent, and professional. If not you’re going to have a headache very similar to the one I just experienced.
Michael Mazzenga: This guy has had my coyote for 2 years and is finally 'letting me' pick it up unfinished without refunding my deposit. What a joke. At least he answered the phone.
Justin Barber: Don’t take your harvest to this taxidermist. I have dealt with a total of 5 taxidermist in my hunting career and this was easily my worst experience by far. First it took twice as long to get my turkey back as was originally promised. When I asked for update I received very vague responses as to when to expect it to be done. I also received very illogical reasons for the delay. Secondly is the mount itself. The mount looks below average in my opinion. But the biggest reason for this negative review is I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ANIMAL BACK. When I picked it up I thought it looked different but didn’t think much of it until I got home and looked at it compared to pictures I had of the animal. The tail fan on the turkey was completely different than the bird that I brought in. When I brought this to the attention of the taxidermist all I got in response was again illogical excuses, and “can’t be possible”, “you can’t be sure its not your bird”, “you don’t know what your talking about.” To be honest I wasn’t surprised by this behavior after all the shady stuff I went through during this whole process. Find somewhere else to send your trophies.

A very sad cat: didn't work on my deer mount for 2 years and then said it was ruined.
Mark Schmitz: Bob does top notch work. Well worth the wait. He is always up front about the time it will take to finish the mount. Covid and supply chain issues made him take a little longer. If want a beautiful mount Bob is the one you should have do your mount. Thanks Bob
Phillip Moore: The shoulder mount I received 2 years later after I dropped off to him looks horrible. The head and neck are nearly half the size of what my trophy should be. My mount looks like it was road kill also looks like he put a mule deer on a whitetail doe mount. Terrible job. I'm so disappointed. Take a look in the pics I posted. The mule deer I shot in October 2018 and the one I received from RN don't even look the same hide.
michael cooley: Did a great job with my first turkey, fan mount with beard and spurs for $150 is a great price for his expertise and quality of work that he handed me. I was amazed on how great it looks. His estimated time that he gave me was spot on (even a little earlier than he said) Definitely recommend and will be back.

He did a mount for me and I asked if he would make a change, he did so without charging me to make sure I was completely satisfied! This is where you want to take you turkey, deer or fish for a great job with excellent service!
Todd Jenkins: Most realistic nose/nostrils out of any mount I have. My deer had an early-season coat/cape and it turned out beautiful. Did it take a while? Yes. Was it worth the wait? YES!!!

With a promise date of 12-14 month wait..Without a Single call saying he was behind. Told me Quality work takes time. (Did complete job in 3 12 weeks) Second.. The mount looks OK at best. Visible stiches in the ear.. Globs of Glue stuck ALL over in the deer hair. The ears have an unusual BEND to them. The list goes on. His show room looks like an abandoned office .. Mounts are all covered in dirt n dust. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He leaves customers deer heads laying on the floor in plastic garbage bags.ZERO STAR RATING for RN TAXIDERMY😠
Mark Booth: Is very unfortunate interaction; I am new to the area and looking for a new taxidermist to do all my mounts (latest is my Colorado Bear.) My first call to this shop seemed to be a real burden to them; literally said he was too busy for me to stop by to meet him and drop off my trophy Bear. Is it crazy to want to meet the guy/company I would pay thousands of dollars to, before doing taxidermy services on big game trophies? I assure you I am busier than most and do not have time to waste, but what small businesses don't take a few minutes to meet new customers, before earning their business??
