Edward's Variety Show: Needed pulled out 50 or 60 ft because my rear axle was buried I told them that they quoted me $120. When the driver got there he says yeah this changes everything you're pretty darn stuck so 250 bucks do you want me to tow you. He didn't use any special anything he just said this changes everything cuz you can't really get out and took advantage of that.

I called and was told that they were short staffed and couldn't help me. As a single woman who's insurance company made an error and had removed my road side assistance, I was in a bind, and Flat-Rate didn't come through.

They charged me 90$ for towing even though they are advertised at 30$. Was told the driver would call me when he was on his way to the car so I could meet him there. After calling them back for 2 hours I find out that he towed my car to a auto body shop without my keys, and had to disconnect something to put my car into neutral. Now my car is stuck at a auto body shop across town with no keys and no access to the vehicle. Save your time, money, and energy at use ANY OTHER TOWING COMPANY in the city. Amanda Bowman: I got in an accident. While I was distracted talking to the officer, they loaded my car up on a tow truck and drove it away. I never had the chance to get anything out of my car. They never said a word to me before taking my car away. They impounded my car and I had to pay $300 to get it out after less than 24 hours. In any interaction I had with employees they were smug and were actually laughing out loud about my situation.
