Erik G: I just bought a new Tundra today through Jason B here, who I recommend highly. I traveled an hour to buy from this dealer, despite having several closer to me in metro Detroit. They responded over email and text where other dealers would just keep calling in reply to my inquiries (and still are). It is the first car purchase of many in my life that was 5 star, so I felt compelled to post a review!
Minerva Farksworth (Minerva Farksworth): Brought my Toyota in 4-24-23 for a oil change and tire rotation. Battery light had come on in my car and I asked them about it. I was told I needed a new alternator, drive belt, exhaust hangers and sway bar bushings to the tune of $1800.00. I declined the service and took it to my mechanic who found nothing wrong with the alternator and found that the light issue is in the cluster. I did need a new drive belt, exhaust hangers were just fine, it was an issue with my heat shield coming loose and I am now currently having my front end rebuilt-they did not catch my front struts that were leaking and I needed new control arms and link pins. I dodged a bullet with them. I could have spent the $1800 and still had the issues I am having and be out another $2200. I don't trust them any longer and will take my Toyota elsewhere for servicing. NEVER AGAIN.

Hussein Abdallah: Finally, a no nonsense, no price-gouging dealership! You will be well-taken care of here and pay the fairest prices. I came very close to buying here but backed out for reasons totally unrelated to the dealer or the wonderful offer I received. I worked with numerous dealers to get what I want and even though I am not buying from Randy Wise I wanted to let others know how well their service stood out in the ruthless auto market of 2023.Jason in particular is who I worked with and he was pleasant, responsive, and very straightforward. He was going to handle an out of state sale and clearly had all the logistics sorted out with titling/registration to make it seamless for me. I was even able to get an MSRP on the most in-demand vehicle out there right now (rav4 hybrid). It was a breath of fresh air to finally speak to an honest dealer in this market and I highly recommend Randy Wise and Jason specifically.
Forrest Emmerling: Very poor costumer service within the service department. Hard to get a hold of and do not perform tasks in a timely manner.
Yahya Nasersharifi: Service department was good. But when I asked the dealer to appraise my car, the left me with no answer for a week and after 3 times calling them they low balled ($6000 below the others offered price). I won’t recommend dealing with them.
Daniel Frey: Had a vehicle in the service department to be diagnosed and repaired. They charged and astronomical amount for a simple sensor change that did not solve the issue. I had told them it was brand new and just replaced, they said Toyotas can be finicky, and that their part would solve the problem. It did not. Over $400 for a sensor to not even have the problem fixed is ridiculous. It would seem the mechanics they have do not know how to properly diagnose issues.

Pam Munson: We were shocked when we went looking for a truck at other dealerships, what was offended and the sticker shock. When we got to Randy Wise Toyota, this was only truck on the lot. But that's all it took. A test drive later and then talking with Lee Debolski and before we knew it we bought it. Lee is a straight shooter and everything he said about financing was spot on. Very refreshing. I'll admit, I never thought I'd be in a Toyota. But I look good in this one. Absolutely love my Tundra.
Steve O'Connor: We were contacted about a Sequoia they had in stock, we made an appointment to come get it, asked to put a deposit down so it wouldn’t get sold and we’re told that it wasn’t necessary. When we arrived Joe told us it was just sold, no call to tell us not to bother driving there?Very rude!!!!!!

gone cray: Only three stars because of my online shopping experience. Amanda told us the trd camry was available and we needed to see a guy named Aaron……..Guess they are both worthless online sales people because my sons dream car was sold….Nobody called to tell us and we made the 60 mile trip in bad weather on time just to see the car sold on the showroom floor.Lee apologized for the online mistake and talked us into buying a SE Nightshade but I feel like we settled for what was available and didnt get what we wanted……. Originally we wanted the hatchback corrola with the 300 hp 4 cyl but waiting list was too long.Give Lee a raise for selling us a car when the online department was rude to make us travel for a sold car.
Martin Stachurski: Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life, bar none! Jamie was fantastic to work with and she did an amazing job answering all my questions. The rest of the team, Margaret and Stephen were fantastic as well. They are straight shooters, No use of high pressure sales tactics and have fair pricing! I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my experience. Customer for life.

Mrk: My car buying experience was pleasant last month, sales person Jason really helped during the process. While my car buying experience was great but I am very frustrated with Finance team. that's why I am giving 3 stars. First they convinced me to buy Gap insurance by giving option to cancel it within 2 months with full refund. So when I decided to cancel it after 1 week, I tried calling finance team, each time I call lady says nobody is available, it took me 1 week to get in contact and another week to cancel it, and still after 1 week from cancellation refund not applied and there is no estimate date also. Also when I got my finance statement it shows different loan amount from contract, for that also I called to 2-3 times but no resolution.
shirley wilks: I highly recommend Jason Butts for any of your Toyota needs. He is excellent when it comes to returning phone calls, email and text messages. Even on his day off he immediately returns a call or text. Great salesman!!
Patrick Coury: Now listen, I can understand not letting some random kid show up and test drive an 86, but when I say "I'm interested in a test drive" over the phone and it's confirmed that I can, I make the hours drive to, and then am told I can't, this is clearly a dealer that's familiar with shenanigans.

The front staff were great over the phone, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Jason. Never pushed my into buying the car, and since I was out of state he worked diligently to help me purchase my car. I've been a plenty of dealerships, not many can compare to Randy Wise 5/5. Highly recommend this dealership!
