sean yan: My brake chamber failed and caused my other wheel to blow a tire and the brakes to catch fire. Tyler came out very fast. Replaced the brake chamber. Than the tire. Then the brake shoes and drum all in the Swartz Creek Rest area. Very fast and professional.

Glen Chamberlin: About a week's worth of driving ,after all of my fuel filters and water separator had been R & R'd at Best One Fleet Services on Hill Rd, in Flint, the engine systems have finally settled down and the ol Volvo is running monthly again.In response to the owner's query of the previous technician that way overtorqued the filter on the 6 o'clock position on the truck.., I'dconfer with Justin, however, he no longer was employed at the shop that we had been having the truck serviced at previously. Best Ones did a great job, for all trouble that 1 darn filter caused them. Still, they overcame their challenges and got the job done, eventually. Thank you, GC.

Matthew Powers: If not the best they're one of the best auto shops in the community. These guys just spent a few days tracking down and repairing damaged engine wires. Always overly happy with the services they provide and so will you.I personally heard the owner spend hours looking for parts for a car and was able to buy an entire front suspension for less then 2 parts from autozone helping the owner immensely. Joseph Peck: Had an oil change done. Truck was left 2 quart's low. I did call the manager said they owe me an oil change. Not sure if I will be back or not. I provided 2 gallons of oil and a quart of Lucas oil treatment. They did not return the unused oil so I am even questioning if they used bulk oil and kept the Castrol synthetic I provided. I am a retired auto tech. I usually change my own oil but with the cold I decided to try a shop. I guess that is my own fault. This was my first interaction with this shop. The shop has tried to remedy the problem so I changed my review to a 4.
