Excellent knowledgeable in all makes and models of vacuums. Take it to Mike at the Hill Road branch, and your machine will be fixed in no time and back to running like new for Way less than it would have cost you to replace the whole vacuum with a new fangled disposable, no user friendly parts, made somewhere else.... just get it it fixed.

Debbie Davidson: Took my Dyson there on a warranty. It kept shutting on and off no matter what I did. I didn't have the canister on correctly when I dropped it off. Which I knew. Naturally I cleaned it out before I brought it there. My son picked it up for me. I couldn't believe it when he walked in. The canister was 1/4 of the way full. Come on are you really that lazy on top of it!!! All they did was put the canister on right, vacuumed a strip and said...FIXED!!! I'll bet they think...What an idiot "I AM" because I didn't have it on right and that's why it wasn't working. Guess what?? WRONG!!! It was a faulty filter. Dyson sent out a new one. I sure hope they don't get paid for this service. I'll be sure to remind Dyson when I tell them "thank you problem solved".

Mark Felzien: WOW! What customer service! I have a 20 year old Kirby G4 and it was looking a little ragged and had a couple of broken parts. I looked around for Kirby Co stores and there were several around but this one near Elba, MI had very good Google reviews. I decided to drive almost an hour to get there and I was glad I did. Ed did a GREAT job buffing the aluminum and inspecting my machine. He found several items that needed to be replaced or serviced and many of them he did with no charge! He was super friendly and we had a good chat as well. If you live in Southeast Michigan and you need your Kirby vacuum (or any vacuum, I guess) THIS is the place to take it!He even followed up with me a few weeks after I had picked it up to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with how the vacuum was working. Who does THAT any more?
