Alyn Drewek: Definitely don't recommend this Enterprise. I made a reservation almost 2 weeks ago. I also did the check in online as requested. I stated the type of vehicle I was looking for, when I got there they told me that they didn't have it available and tried to charge me extra for a vehicle I didn't even request. No point in making a reservation or doing the check in because this Enterprise won't acknowledge it.
Callum Carr: Car stank when I picked up like bleach and smoke. Car stalled out on the freeway while I was going 70 and no one seemed to care at the branch. I drove my kid around in this death machine.
Apollo: Called to speak with a Manager, was transferred Twice and was on Hold for 20 minutes. Knowone came back to the phone. Highly disappointed. Will Not do business here.

I've never rented such a DIRTY vehicle from Enterprise and I am extremely grossed out to use an utterly DISGRACEFUL and contaminated-looking car from what I thought previously was a highly reputable and reliable company, based directly on my loyal patronage.Has this reliable company now lowered their cleanliness standards?! If so, this is likely to be the LAST TIME I rent a vehicle from them, sadly.

But when I had finally made it to the car rental, I was told that they had canceled the rental car again . I was in tears I was there with my 2 small kids that was all over the place. Everyone in the office especially the manager was very helpful. Once again I was in tears. They stayed open until my insurance company called back and I was able to get a rental. I was so worried that I forgot to get their names., I love love Enterprise on Miller rd. I rate you all a 10+ thank you all so much!!!
Jacari vaughn: My job rented me a car from here. I had to returned the car Thursday august 25,2022 they was closed , no drop box or nothing they told me I can return the car after closing time. While I was walking around to see if they had a drop box the security came on the intercom and told me to leave the property and leave the car. Enterprise told me if the car got stolen I would be responsible for it. No once I drop the car off it’s not my responsibility to make sure your car don’t get stolen. How about put up a secure gate with a security both and a security guard or how about build a drop box for your customers to leave the keys . Stop being cheap

YonnieThaDiva I'm Fucked Up But Its Ok: Made reservations over the phone. The person told me the price of the car. I went to Enterprise the same day. To ask some questions. I asked them will I have to pay for the car the day I pick it up. They told me no that I can it can come out the deposit when I bring the car back. And that if I need more time that I would have to make sure that I have another $300 on my card for a deposit to be on hold. I left happy and felt that she was a great help. Since the phone reservation call was so quick. I get there today and never been so embarrassed in my freaking life!!!!! They tell me I have to pay the deposit and the cost of the car and insurance at pick up. If i had known that I would need the full amount I would made arrangements. Im sorry but i will never come back to the unorganized misinformation location again. My entire weekend ruined this was a trip for my Bestfriend’s Birthday.

Phoeneisha Deahl: I had a great experience. Pick up was quick and simple. I was given a free upgrade from a full size sedan to a small suv. On the last day of my rental, my flight was delayed from a 1:00 pm take off until 10:45 pm. I was able to extend my rental for the day through the app. There were no hidden fees on my final bill, it was exactly what I expected.
Terry Atwell: Great customer service, Mackenzie had the paperwork and car ready to go. Vehicle was clean and full of gas. Great to deal with.

Rachel Abbas: After such a long delay at the airport Enterprise stayed open to assist those that were delayed. Jen Caslmon: I cannot believe how badly I was treated here yesterday. I went in to rent a car while my car is being repaired. I looked in the parking lot and chose a fun sports car to rent for a few days. The employee at the counter told me that the car was available but he needed management approval. After speaking to his manager, he informed me that I couldn't rent it due to the "Same Day policy." I asked him what that meant and he explained that I was a walk-in customer. He said I needed to have a reservation for at least 24 hours prior in order to rent that car because "We've had some problems in the past." I'm not sure what he meant by that. I went ahead and rented the mini van that he was offering me. It was obvious to me and the person who was with me, something wasn't right about this scenario. I called the corporate customer service department asking for clarification about this policy. They informed me that there is no "same day policy" and that this was a judgement call by the manager. So in other words, she judged me and discriminated against me. I returned to the location. The manager refused to give me her name and I was told another lie. This time she said that car was unavailable. Unavailable to brown people like myself I suppose. She was condescending and dismissive. I was told "Feel free to cancel." I informed the customer service department that I will be discussing this blatant discrimination with my attorney. They did not bother to contact me.
Raymon Caldwell: I was charged a detailing fee for reasons I disagreed with it. I was more unhappy with the presentation of it. When I nicely reminded them that I spent $8000 with enterprise in the past year. I was rudely told that is not much money. I requested twice to be contacted by a district manager and still have not received a call. This place needs some customer service training on how to handle situations where the customer had some sort of an issue. If they would of had better presentation I would still be renting cars by the month but since they don't care about the $8000 I spent annual I will invest it in a new car.

Lay Christine: Do not rent from this place! I rented a car 2 weeks in advance and they had no one working at the time of opening on their website. They’re website says they open at 9am, at 9:30am no one was there. Eventually, National (next door) offered to help me. They then stiffed me with a pick up truck when I reserved a standard car 2 weeks in advance! They’re front desk worker was extremely rude, told me a manager would contact me within 5 days, after 2 weeks no manager contacted me. When the manager (Tammy) finally responded to my email she was of no assistance & has yet to resolve the matter. They’re location does not answer the phone. Again, DO NOT rent a car from this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

This location is at a airport people have been traveling help make long days run more smooth instead of not helping and making people scramble to fix THEIR mistakes. And just an idea… how about you have two employees clean snow off the car instead of ALL three so everyone has to stand there waiting around for you to have common sense!

Melissa Gillum: The service itself is fine enough and I was very happy with the vehicle I received. However, FYI this location currently has no dedicated worker. Instead you will be directed to the National/Alamo counter where one single person is supporting all three carriers. If like me you have a medical condition that makes standing in long lines physically impossible then I recommend booking at one of the alternate carriers to the three listed above or expect to need a wheelchair to make it through their line. The other three available car rental counters had no lines.

Tonya G: Stay Away!!!! The worst customer service Ever!!!! The tall blonde young lady behind the counter was extremely rude !!!!! If you don’t like your job don’t work there Simple!!!!! She cuts you off in mid conversation, acts like it was an inconvenience because she had to get up to check in our equipment!!! Did I mention she rolled her eyes???? And when walking out behind her she let the door close on us just Rude!!! As long as you have her working there my family members and myself will go somewhere else!!!!!
JT Fike: Do not use this location charged me for gas that I did not owe. They made a paperwork error which read to return on 1/4 of tank. I returned it above it and they charged me since there was not more in it. Be careful while dealing with these people.
Alma Burwell: Needed a truck across a short time frame and these guys really impressed. Guy at front desk was friendly and accomodating! When I returned the vehicle the gentleman even came to the window to ask if I was returning, and did all the rest for me. Was very pleased with my service at this location, would use again!

aleysia charleston: Don’t rent from here. If you do take a picture of the whole vehicle including the gas and all. I am young and they ran my card for 62$ when they was supposed to run in for 34$ then they ran it for 41$ then 62$. They charged me for gas and miles I never used. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UHAUL PLACE ON MILLER RD. THEY ARE SO SWEET & will work with you , help you out and is very honest.
Michey McGinnis: To start the truck we got had a spare tire on it and then they wouldn't let us rent a trailer and truck from the same location.Then on top of all that the persons name that was on the contract ended up in the hospital and went into a coma and I tried to communicate with them about it and they threatened to report the truck stolen.I tried to explain to them several times that I had to get power of attorney on the contract holder to be able to get the keys from her property at the hospital and they still proceeded to threaten to report the truck stolen.I would not recommend this location to anyone for anything. The Miller road location was more accomedating than the Dort Hwy location.I don't know what they got going on there but the ppl are rude and very elementary. When we arrived to get the truck and all the manager was outside getting high and smelled of alcohol.

Kaitlyn Howarth: This location helped us out after our reservation fell through at another location. They were able to get us a truck right away and the staff member working that day also helped us get reimbursed because of their guaranteed reservation policy.

Samantha Cardenas: Made a share 24/7 reservation, arrived 17 minutes late (figured I was ok since I wasn’t actually going into the office). I was never informed that they automatically cancel if you are 15 minutes late (maybe it’s in the fine print). Struggled with the app for a few minutes before I saw someone outside. Ended up being the owner. Asked for help. He looked up our information and he told me I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early. I told him I had an email that said different. He argued with me that I did not have a 24/7 reservation, ignoring me when I said I had proof in my email. His associate tried to say that I was an hour late. Yelled at me that there was nothing he could do.
