YES WEEKS!! (I had smoked cigarettes over 25yrs) I was breathing better & My lung function had continued to improve over time, even my Dr noted it. I didn't smell like cigarettes and thus I have loved this product ever since. I'm now just over 6yrs of NOT burning tabacco & I do NOT miss cigarettes the odor, caugh, ashtrays, or cost so its 100% worth it. I highly recommended trying this product albeit its a lil different and adjustment phase vs lighting & burning a whole cigarette as you can take a puff and carry on knowing you're not burning anything nor carry the stink associated w them. I can still get my nicotine w out everything in burning tabacco as nothing's burning w this product, no tanks, fluids or stuff to fill, or the hassle of those huge room filling vapor clouds w this product. Love this company their friendly staff.

Jenn Rose: I've been coming to this specific Wild Bill's for YEARS because they always have the vape products and juices I love. HOWEVER, lately they have had several new people working there and I have received many coils that have either "gone bad" before even using them OR they gave me the WRONG coils for my vape. In the past I've only had to bring the faulty coils or INCORRECT ones back to them and tell them what happened and they'd replace them for me because it was no fault of mine obviously. Now it is the case. I will never come back to this Wild Bill's again. I drove WAY out of my way to come here too because the service and the selection, but no more. I mean, the coils are only like 3-4 dollars and they won't replace them for a devoted long time customer, ESPECIALLY when the fault lies with the business and it's employees or the manufacturer of the product??? $3-4 not like I'm saying replace my leaky vape, just the bum or wrong coils. Whatever, I will not be back. Peace
Michigan Explorer: Needed to grab something quickly and was stopped at the door to be told I can’t bring my 2 year old with me. I was not offered another option. I asked if there was curbside and the looks were enough to make me want to leave. One guy ask what did you want and quickly said neither ordinary signature items were available. I have worked at a tobacco shop and never made customers feel this way. It was rushed and just uncomfortable. Awkward customer service. Staff was smug and made me feel like a criminal although leaving a child in the car is definitely illegal. I won’t shop here again.

Called and asked if i could purchase something real quick, nope lady said sorry my register is closed. EARLY and you tell me I can't buy something, well looks like yall don't want my business again, will be the last time I step foot in any InLine Vape, or attempt to before they closed with no display of proper closing time.

michael janoski: I came in for some special juice and Stephen (I think that’s how you spell his name) gave me a handy. You can tell he rarely takes pride in his job. The juice I wanted was further in the back but Stephen didn’t mind giving me a reach around to get what I needed. Escalent service 10/10 would recommend.
Pap Master: Have bought mods on two different occasions that were open and were missing the tanks they were supposed to come with. Now they gave me the iced juice instead of regular and offered a discount on a new bottle instead of a trade. Make sure you check any hardware you buy from here. Guy was too concerned with his fortnite to read the label. There is a Wild Bill's downs the road and they've never messed anything up.

The next time I went in they gave me the wrong coils after I gave them my vape to match what is on there. Wouldn’t swap out the unused coil I opened because it’s “policy”. How am I supposed to know it’s the wrong one without opening it and finding out it doesn’t fit ? 🤷♂️ Needless to say I’ll be ordering my juice and coils online from now on.

Davis: Owner is always very helpful! I went to buy butane thinking mine was junk, then he had the same as mine & said it's the best. I threw away 2 refillable lighters thinking it was the lighter at first. Discovered it was from mixing cheaper butane that came in the lighter with better butane causing the problem. Now my lighter works & he helped instead of just selling me more butane!

I will do all of my shopping for water pipes and all other supplies at this store! If you ever have any questions they will answer anything they can. Blake knew all of the answers to my questions and it was a GREAT deal for the 2 pieces!

Got home and of course I was right thus leading to another trip to the store. When told "we can return it no problem" I came back to do so and was met with head shakes and face making bc I explained I was right. Then was told now I lose 4% to charge on refund when I wasnt told that first. Then I'm told theres no returns on items for the next time. So first you make me make 2 trips, then I prove to me more knowledgable and then u make it a point to say no returns in future so why should I buy anything off of you from here on out. If you're wrong you wont return it. I suggest shopping elsewhere. Check out pipe depot in lapeer. 10% discount for card holders, cheaper better products and5x customer service. 2 stars for their products alone.

I used to go there to get my vapes but now I go to wild bills they have more reasonable prices. My vape at the head shop was $18 out the door and at wild bills I get them 2 for $25 plus tax. Still cheaper! And nowadays who isn’t looking to save money?!

Rochelle Reed: If you aren't in a rush, you can get higher quality, better priced mods with warranties, and cheaper coil replacements from websites like vapeauthority, gorillavapes, elementvape. Imo, the only way to justify this shop's prices in a low income area is to give the customer a convenient and informed purchase (which wasn't our experience). A high dollar mod should come with a fantastic battery. If you do your research, you'll discover the quality of the battery should fairly affect the price of a mod. A mod that is sold for $60, uninformedly no battery (inconveniently shortly before closing time so we couldnt find a battery to use it) and we were told to contact the manufacturer located in china for any issues. Not what I would call a good deal. The term fools gold hustle comes to my mind. A lot of stuff in that store and I'd bet a lot of it you have to contact a foreign company for help.

Walking in immediately gave me the nostalgia of an arcade environment I would visit as a kid. Not only was Mason extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was friendly, approachable and took the time to answer all of my questions.The store was also well-stocked and organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. I highly recommend this smoke shop and especially Mason for anyone looking for great service and a wide selection of products.

Austin Dortman: the owner was beyond nice he pulled out at least 15 pieces of glass for me to hold and look at he told me his own preferences he answered difficult questions for me and had me sign his door of customers. i highly highly recommend this place over any other glass or tobacco place in the area it is much cheaper and the workers show you a lot more love!
