Paula R: My name is Matt and I am a patient of Michigan Vascular. I started my journey off with an Amputation of three lesser toes on my left foot which turned into my left leg amputated below knee. After my surgery, I healed and was sent on over to Ken Eick, their very own in house prostetics professional. Ken was wonderful to work with from our first meeting, to our final socket fitting of the prosthetic delivery. Needless to say I had to go through another amputation on my right leg below knee. I received the same if not better service from everyone to the nurses in the hospital to my surgeons to going back to ken for my next prostetic. People please trust me in saying that your not pampering yourself if you dont go here for your vascular needs. I would like to thank all of the doctors and surgeons who have taken my health and life into their hands. Diana K: If I could leave 0 stars for the office staff I would. My mom had an appointment at 9:30 was told to be 15 minutes early. 1.5 hrs later suddenly they didn’t have her scheduled for an appointment. This being after she checked in 2 x’s to find out why the delay. The office ladies could see her sitting there, all the while never acknowledging her while having plenty of conversations and laughter. As for the Dr. well that’s TBD

Mary Nagy: Office called my mother and asked her to come in at 2 PM instead of her original appointment at 3 PM. We waited until 4:30 PM before she was talked back for a doppler. Talking to other patients in the waiting room, they had the same complaints. One woman stated her appointment was originally at 3:30 and they asked her to come in at 1:30 PM. She was called back at 4 PM. Not sure why they would ask us all to come in early if they were backed up very poor customer relations!

roger harburn: My experience with Ken and Sue from the prosthetic team has made my treatment a priority of theirs. Anytime I was in the hospital or with the vascular team Ken made it a point to come in and see me and to set mine and my wife's mind at ease. Ken is very personal and professional and I'm glad to have him by my side on this journey.

Kari Gallagher: This group is too big for my liking. My brother in law had to wait for all surgeons to meet and make a decision which put his treatment on hold for days while his toe was dying.(he is a diabetic and had stubbed it AND A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT PT.) He had a black toe for weeks . Immediately following surgery the surgeon came out to talk to my sister and I . In the meeting he told my sister her husband would have to have his leg amputated and in the middle of it he asked if the patient " was diabetic?" . All of my confidence was lost at that point to say the least. One Dr said one treatment option and then surgery day it was a different surgeon and he gave a different treatment option. They boast that there is someone on call at each hospital. It takes them 8 hours or more to respond to a nurse's page and sometimes not until the next day. I wouldn't recommend this group.
