jimmy johns: went in there tonight to sell a macbook, the cashier who was testing it, lied and said when you touch the track pad the cursor drags like when you want to highlight specific apps, i tested it and my trackpad on that mac works fine, and i watched this guy he just stood around in there doing absolutely nothing the whole time. unacceptable, if i "milked the clock", and executed bad customer service at my job, i'd be fired. not going here again.

Jae Thomp: Walked in to look for earbuds. I've been shopping at this place for at least 15 yrs. I know they will price match to eBay or main stream box store refurbished prices. Found some galaxy bud2 for 70.00 asked sales associate could she match best buy's price 59.99. Sales associate literally told me no because they just brought them 2days ago. Walked out ordered from best buy. Decisions like that will cause disc replay Flint to look like Genesee valley Flint. eBay from here on out won't be wasting my gas coming here again. Galaxy bud2's came out like 2yrs ago...smhNice poster selection tho.

synthonaplinth: Generally there is not a bad experience at this location but there definitely was the other day. My girfriend and I went to look at movies. I saw a Watchmen box set on top of the showcase and took it up to the counter to ask what was inside. The employee took the box set, set it on the counter in front of him, took the tape off, opened the box and proceeded to read the items off, then closed the box and asked me if 'do you want to pick it up'. No setting the box on the counter to allow the customer to view the contents for themselves. When he was confronted with this he said that 'we don't let customers handle items because they might get damaged'. The box set was TAPED. If a dishonest customer wanted to look inside all the would have to do is take the tape off, taking to the counter is supposed to be a sign of good faith. Of all my trips to stores to buy special edition box sets, this has NEVER happened, not once. The employee should return that sign of good faith to the customer, NOT give them an attitude. Anything less means that they do not care about customer service. Probably will not be returning to this location for a while. What a way to treat a customer who has bought games, movies, tablets, etc.

Fravarden: Service is friendly and a great place to find hard to get games. They have started to carry trading cards like pokemon and yugi-oh but not familiar with Magic the Gathering at this time.

Zachary Siple: Disc Replay is one of my favorite stores. I'm a film buff and I appreciate the low prices and deals for many movies. Now, you can buy 3 DVDs and get 6 free, or 3 Blu-rays and 3 free. I've been going for about 8 or 9 years and I always have a hard time knowing what to even leave with! :)

This location has consistently been the best customer service in general of all the stores I go to. Not to say others are bad, just saying they exceed expectations often. They also have competitive prices so thats nice.

Wnder Wmn: Nick and Kyle are the absolute best. I love this location. Honestly both locations in this area are worth going to. They are awesome when it comes to trading things in. Prices are always good and fair. I love how awesome the staff is with letting our kids run around while we look at cards and funkos. I recently got a Wii and Pikmin for my kiddo for his bday and they went out of their way to explain what I would need to use with the system. Also, if you’re hunting for Pokémon cards this is the place to go. Thanks again Nick and Kyle for all the help.

They won't try to screw you over or belittle you, they won't try to price gouge you, and they won't blatantly lie to you. The OTHER media reload about 10 to 15 minutes away is the worst I've ever come across. GO HERE, IT'S WORTH IT.

S T K: The taller guy with blonde hair is such a scammer. He will try to swindle you out of everything and won't even look you in the eye when talking to you. Every single time I come in and interact with him I leave disappointed. I brought in my laptop and he tried to lowball me to death. It's pathetic. An absolute terrible business man. All of the other workers are great though. The owner is super cool too!

Ascendant Warface: Decent place, some staff are friendly, except for the blonde short-haired dude. When I asked if they have the OG xbox controller "original" THREE times, he wants to claim "I'm skipping sentences" and he "can't understand me and that I'm confusing him" coming off very rude, he finally says "oh, they're 35 dollars" first off, I got a controller from the same place for 5 dollars TWO weeks ago. Get off your computer and actually open your ears. They offer extremely low prices for games/systems, they have put disc's in the wrong cases here, come on.. I've supported this place for awhile, and I can tell you I'm not coming back and will recommend others to go somewhere else.

Daedalus: Got a fair price for the Yugioh cards I wanted to sell, MTG cards were reasonably priced, they took the time to answer my questions about games, and went the extra mile of buffing the discs without me having to ask. I have had several games not work, however, they refunded me in store credit without any hassle or grief. I expect to be a repeat customer and will update my review if anything changes. Store was clean as well

Abriley: Filed a return for a defective game disc that was purchased online and chose this store location to drop off that return. Showed the gentleman working the email with order # and other return info. He said that they could not accept the return without a printed packing slip. Get back home (hour drive, to and from) to check further in to the packing slip and part 1 of the instructions state "If you don't have access to a printer, bring this email to the store with you." Which is exactly what we did and were turned away.

The only games they carry is for the newest consoles ps5, the switch, and Xbox x. They also have a bunch of plushies, figurines, some dnd stuff, and other things like wallets. They have deals that go on which might be good if you have a membership.
