Ferris Wheel: what do users think?
Sarah Conner: Beautiful Christmas decorations 2022
Ethan LaVigne: We truly enjoyed our time at the Ferris Wheel. It is a wonderful space to set up shop for your small business. We only left because we had a space that we own open up that needed to be filled. I loved being downtown, the environment is bright and inviting, and Heather and the staff are great!
Dan Campbell: Such an amazing space and environment to work and network! They have so many options to help meet your needs. If you’re starting a business in Flint, or you need a space to grow your business, look no further!
Ruth Butterfield: We had a great experience, popping into the facility to use a conference room for our zoom meetings on the go. Thanks to Heather for accommodating us and making our visit so easy. Will definitely seek out Ferris Wheel on our next trip to Michigan!
Michael Bolton: I Love the Ferris Wheel,Team ,Staff building.Ferris Wheel team is bar none.Compassion,Love,Innovation under one roof! Michael Bolton,Executive Director Rise Up Initative!!!!
Mosley Consulting, LLC: The Ferris Wheel is definitely the place to be, if you want to be around some of the most diverse and talented individuals in the city... If you're looking for help to start a business, stop over to 100K and get some excellent assistance from beginning to end. This is the place to gain knowledge and expertise, no matter if you're an established business or a start up and the staff is top notch and always willing to help.I Love the positive energy and amazing support working with fellow entrepreneurs and have built some lasting friendships, it's a place where your creative juices will flow and your business will flourish; I love this place and the wonderful renewal it brings to our city...shout out to our Director Heather Kale, who is the heart of the building and Herschel Sylvester, who keeps the building together and always has a warm smile.I am so glad I started my business in the Ferris Wheel and blessed to have the opportunity to train and grow my business successfully, this place and all our talented entrepreneurs will continuously push you to achieve and cheer you on all the way!
Ken Thornton: Very clean and spacious

Dan B: Cool environment that hosts events and houses all kinds of small business in Flint.
Cherish Local: We love The Ferris wheel!
Mike Gabler: Went far a meeting. Its unique, but at same time it's just an office building
Matthew Charles: Great place for community information sharing and sometimes dancing
Sarah Carson: Had a great experience working with The Ferris Wheel when they hosted the Flint Festival of Writers! The space was fantastic, and the team who worked with us to plan the event, set-up and take care of day-of logistics was amazing! We'll definitely be back.
Sherry Beari: Super trendy place! Good office space for rent upstairs.
Bryan Banks: Cool place
FlintPrints Information: We LOVE calling this place our home! Such an amazing team and atmosphere.
Tadd Morris: Very hip redo of an old downtown building
Joshua Phipps: High end top of the line for sure
Scott Spitler: Fantastic space, great views; in a very up-and-coming area
Paul Baugher: Cool place to hold meetings and work.
Ryan Everson: I absolutely love the coworking concept and so happy to see it come to Downtown Flint! The staff has always been extremely friendly, helpful, and you can tell they truly care about this movement. The only negatives I have are the acoustics and furniture / office quality. The space has concrete floors and shorter ceilings so every little sound echoes and can make it hard to focus on work. You can also hear someone talking perfectly clear from the entire opposite side of the building. I've also visited other co-working spaces like WeWork and the Ferris Wheel pales in comparison on furniture quality. The desks, chairs, etc are all considerably cheaper and less comfortable. Not bad for working a portion of a day but not something I would want to work at long term.Overall love the Ferris Wheel and what they've done with the place! I'm sure the furniture and noise issues are just learning pains that they are already working towards improving. Excited to visit them again in the future.
