Erjeta Seferi: It was a very oudated and dirty arena. Government should invest more into these arena that our youth and the future of our country is playing. We should proved better environment for our youth and kids and that's where our taxes should go at.

Denise Vernon: Minimal seating for a sporting event, the heat wasn't working. First they said they didn't have it on... when a teenage Volleyball tournament was scheduled in January. Place was freezing, only 2 stall womans bathroom in the arena area. Definitely not advisable to have an event beyond a small size here.

Sarah Raths: I’ve played for Arsenal for 2 years, and it was not a great experience. The coaches that were in charge of my teams either favored players and didn’t help anyone else, or were very inexperienced. The club unfortunately does play favorites so if you aren’t favorited, you’re kinda screwed.

She had the opportunity to make some great friendships, learn important lessons about teamwork & sportsmanship, to have some of the best, positive coaching experiences and make some of the greatest memories! All the while, she was able to consistently and constantly improve her skills and play the game that she was passionate about.My youngest is in her third year playing with Arsenal. She started with almost no prior playing experience. Even with our previous experience with Arsenal I have been so impressed with the amount of growth she has had. The coaches are always attentive and positive, yet they push the players, expecting hard work.From the small simple techniques that they work on individually with each player to the team work within the midst of a tournament, Arsenal delivers great things. We are Arsenal!

Ed Pagac: Very poor and unfair handling of reimbursement to parents for payments made for last season due to COVID. I paid $2000 and my daughter only received ~50% of the training and tournaments that we intended. They decided to reimburse me $92!!!! How does that make any sense!!!! They did offer several hundred $$ in lessons next season but my daughter can no longer play. Feel like I have been cheated and will be raising my claim to the BBB. Stay away as they only want your money.

A J Serio: Over the past year, from clinics to club tournaments, my daughter's experience with SuperNOVA has been first rate! Fantastic club, competitive play, family atmosphere, and a flexible club rules allow girls to play more than one sport if they choose. Can't say enough good things about SuperNOVA!

Brian Cunningham: Jack the owner is not interested in employing coaches that support the development of children. I am quoting here....."we do not train our coaches to develop talent and I find it irrelevant if our coaches know how to play the sport.". This club is a laughing stock of volleyball clubs. You will not find a coach on any other team that values what SUPERNOVA can offer. The only value of this club is proximity to Clarkston. Our coach this year did not even speak to the girls during games and often spent the game bad mouthing the girls. We spent the entire season loosing every game which is fine if you are getting some instruction but they do not believe in this here. Stay away from this club and look elsewhere.Jack I am replying to your response...i don't normally write reviews but since you wouldn't speak with us I really didn't know what to do. Actually I regret writting this because all it really does it hurt the kids. We have had a good time up until this year and something changed. I wish it wasn't the case. We have in fact tried to reach out to you to resolve and you refused to meet with us. We have been a part of the family yes....and when the family has a problem and you won't listen and help resolve you have turned your back on the family. And yes you did in fact state you found it irrelevant if a coach knew how to play the game. This year has been horrible and it is not the parents or the kids, it is the coach bad mouthing the girls and telling them that they suck. This is not acceptable and affects the moral of the team and leaves a lasting impression on these young kids. We are not the only family complaining and trying to speak with you on this topic so this should tell you that there is a serious problem. I am a concerned parent and a paying customer I just don't know why you are not listening to the concerns and working to address them.

McMx5: Love the store but they either need to train their cashier on customer service or hire new people. I couldn't find a worker to open to open the fitting rooms so asked the cashier. She huffed & puffed as she called someone over. When checking out the same cashier complained that we didn't have the clothes on hangers. Then said "are you really going to keep piling clothes up here?" to my 12 year old son. Then when the phone rang, she said "go away". Maybe she was just old & cranky but if you hate your job that much, maybe find a different one
