John Chapman: RED FLAG!!!! Called to schedule an appointment to replace central air in the AM. Rep said he would be there around 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM and call before leaving. I called at 3:00 PM because he had not called. He then said he would be here around 4:00 PM because there was a problem/issue in the office. Here it is 7:15 AM the next day and again still no call-- They totally "BLEW ME OFF"! I would have be OK with rescheduling, but failing to call AT ALL after making an appointment, is just plain unacceptable.If you are going to be late or a no-show, then you call BEFOREHAND! That simple! I can't help but think that if they treat their customers poorly before a sale, then it must be worse when it comes to a service call. Fortunately, I'm retired. However, it's apparent one could lose a days wage with nothing to show for it because they place no value on YOUR TIME!
