Karen A good one: Today we came to Bluebell Beach for a walk. Right now, the bathrooms are locked. I imagine the Park closes them after Labor Day.The beach was clean and the air smelled damp, with a small bit of ozone hanging in the air. A storm coming but not pouring down on us.The Geese were out and checking the perimeters. They always remind me of little Soldiers, ready to defend themselves. The playground was clean and the wood chips clean and well taken care of as well.My favorite part was enjoying the sounds of the birds, the lapping of the water and the beauty of all the nature. Trees changing colors especially!Get out and enjoy your Parks. Love our Nature and keep it clean.✌️❤️
Patricia Good: This beech was very clean ,had 3 separate play scapes for different size/age children , canapies with picnic tables and just made you feel comfortable with a great view.

Jessica Meshefski: Very nice, pretty, and clean park
Jake Albert: In top twenty of places to see in Michigan at night with the lights shining down
Rockelle Romano: Lots of bugs, couldn't even walk the trails. I was gagging. Water was extremely dirty. Public bathrooms still weren't open. Porta Potty's were miserably dirty.
George Gamache: Beautiful sunny day in a forested area. Lovely way to spend the day.
Antwan Quinney: Beautiful and fun
pankaj: This park and waterfall was surprisingly good. The park was peaceful and serene. The calmness around the park and then the sound of the waterfall was both relaxing. I don't know why the water was kind of a muddy color. The park looks natural. It is worth visiting if you are someone from around.
Katie Coombs: Love this park. Well paved trails, beautiful scenery, friendly people and dogs. Family friendly before dusk. I probably wouldn’t go there after that.
Rebecca Metcalf: It's one of my happy places. Genesee County has the most County Parks in Michigan.Restrooms: Seasonal restrooms.Dog-friendliness: Leash requiredPicnic area: Many picnic tables by water and in shade
Asher Svoboda: Beautiful place a little disappointed the lights weren't on. Took some good photos
Amber Worden: Let me just say, Although this place is beautiful, it isn't well maintained. I will say if you're a young woman, don't come here alone. It's sketchy. I also wouldn't let your teens hang out here without an adult.
Janet Rhodes: Tried to visit on 12/14/22. Google said the falls were open. Gate was locked when we arrived in the early afternoon. Oh well.
Gordon Hockin: Great place to sit back and relax
Steve Baird: The stepping stone falls are quite nice
wenedy wolfinger: I love the look of this dam.
Steven Sorrels: Great place not too far from home

WhoaZone at Heron Beach: what do users think?
Ashley Evans: We really had fun at my niece 7th birthday
candice stafford: Always great time order your tickets online
J G: Life jackets inside black from mildew.Largest hill broke down. So the park split sides to A and B so everyone doesn't crowd one side. Check in took so long we only got 15 mins on the only fully working side. When crossing to the other side we jumped on a medium slide in the middle. Staff started blowing the whistles as if someone drowned or we were just unruly kids, but we are the parents with our kids. Then told us that the play structure is used as the life guard shack. So went to the broken side and the two guys were sitting on top of the only hill with a slide left. None of the kids were using it because they couldn't get pass them. So I went up and asked if we could pass and they told us this one is broke too. And no life guard the whole session on the slide they called the life card shack. Later after our session kids were using it. I think they saw me on the beach trying to take pictures of them just sitting there talking not paying any attention. Anyway I have pictures of mildew and broken equipment but missed the lazy staff picture and will bring this all to my credit card for refund due to service not as intended.
David Keith: What a great place to have fun on a hot summer day. Plus the grandkids really had a great time.
Allison Isbey: We have visited a few times over the years. Slide, climb, jump, lean, float, crouch. A good workout or as slow as you feel comfortable. Great crew that runs it. Lifeguards are kind to help and watch carefully for mischief with the broad age range that can participate to keep everyone safe. Good gear. Well cared for.
Jason Putnam: Kids loved it, 20$ for 50 minutes or 55$ for 8 hrs
Adriano Donastorg: Clean and beautiful venue for a family picnic or enjoying the water.
amber genevich: Overall, great experience. Brought 5 children between the ages of 5-10 and every one had a blast. I feel like the checkin process at the beach to get jackets etc could have been better or more streamlined. Also-give those girls a horn to speak into!Employees at snack bar area were especially rude.Overall great day and kids had a blast which is most important.
Heather Lohr: Kids love doing this. It's a little under an hour long. The kids also said they didn't like feeling the seaweed. We have done this 5 times this year!
TheBudgetFamilySykesAgain: Once I purchased tickets online, the process was great. I do have a state park pass. Getting into the park was quick and efficient. The beach was very clean and spacious. We checked in with our name and time at the snack shop area and received a bracelet. 10 minute safety speech and lifejackets and swam out to the course. Huge!!!! Lots to do. They split in in half and you are able to spend 25 minutes on each section allowing 1/2 hour intervals. Super fun especially for kids but adults are allowed as well. I would highly recommend
Angela McDermitt: The concept is amazing however the inflatables are slimy and the price for the amount of time is way steep. They really need to rake the entire area to rid the seaweed. Also should provide googles for children. Not fun for children with special needs.
Kimberly “Kimmy” Wright: Love
Héctor Montañez: Amazing place to have fun, enjoy a picnic or a good grill 👌🏼
Brent Zook: Fun,
Casey Hardin: Great family fun. Perfect for the hot days.
Ashleigh Ramos: Soooo much fun! I also love that their are lifeguards on the inflatables.
Danielle Evans: Whoa Zone is a great concept in theory but the excessive amounts of untreated SEAWEED surrounding the play structure made the kids' experience gruesome and uncomfortable. There are other inflatable water islands that keep the weeds trimmed and they are not the disgusting nuisance that they were at Heron Beach. Kids do not want to swim and play while being tangled up in weeds. It is dangerous, disturbing and grotesque.
James Adams: Fun for the whole family.
Elham Torabi: Great experience for the kids! They didn’t want to leave and for the first time in a while fell asleep on the car ride home. 10/10 experience!
matt labelle: Great time for the kids!! Service is awesome and life guards are very helpful with the kiddos
Meredith Hamo: Great spot for a birthday party! Very easy to book! Kids had a blast! The manager was very accommodating! Planning to have another party there in a couple weeks!
