Scott Polega: I had an in home consultation with Jason. He drove way out to the Thumb to test my water. He gave me a quote and we made the deal. 2 weeks later I had my RO system installed. Water went from brine, iron, and sulfur smelling to crystal clear soft water. System works great. These guys are good to deal with. I’ll definitely call them again if I build another house.

Dilon Reynolds: A professional and flawless experience with Wolverine Water Treatment! I had a Reverse Osmosis system installed and I could not be happier with it! Jerry was able come out to my home and test our water. We went over options and Jerry even had a tech come out to see about installing the system in a utility room next to my kitchen. That moment of special attention made my experience all the better and had me feeling confident when it was time for the install. Only a few days later, 2 techs came out and had the system in within an hour. The RO system has worked perfectly since then and I predict there will be no issues any time soon. 10/10 would highly recommend Jerry and Wolverine Water Treatment!

Renee Smith: We just purchased our home and had a Wolverine technician come out to have a free “inspection” and evaluation of our water softener and quality of our water. The guy that came out was very friendly up front but the minute he found out we were not interested in purchasing anything from them quickly became rude and boarder line insulting. This salesman was not interested in doing what we actually called them out for and couldn’t even tell us how our current system works and automatically started talking about how bad our water is and the only water system that actually works is a Wolverine water system. You could tell the whole thing felt scripted and very unauthentic which made me uncomfortable and very skeptical about how well this system actually does work. From our experience I will never be purchasing a Wolverine water system and I hope others do their research before falling victim to what seems like a scheme. If your water system works so well you would not treat possible customers with such rudeness if they are trying to decide if they are going to fix or replace their water system in the future.

Allison Bowsher: Had our iron system installed a day after purchase! The staff was great! I can tell not only from looking at the water that it is Better but I can feel it in my hair! First time in almost a year our water hasn’t smelled like eggs, ran clear and over all felt so much better than our previous well water. We had an iron filter that connected to our soft water but it just wasn’t enough. Wolverines iron system is above anything else I’ve used. It replaced our old system. Doesn’t need any type of maintenance and has this awesome scuba gear type sleeve on the system like a beer koozie and keeps it from sweating and causing any type of moisture in our basement. I am a cosmetologist and I understand how hard water affects hair and causes breakage. I have been feeling the effects since we moved into this house. I have to do weekly Malibu treatments due to the crazy amount of iron in our water. I am so excited to have invested in this clean water journey and so thankful Wolverine took the time to consult and test our water and had it installed so fast. Great company and amazing staff. Don was my tech, replaced my circuit board within 10 mins and was really good at giving the info I needed and what happened and how I could prevent it in the future. Would recommend this business for sure.

I recently bought the home and did not even know they did arsenic treatment.They tried to fix my softener, I ended up replacing it and they credited me my repair cost. We ended up discussing the arsenic system and I found out they sell it for half the price I paid.The place I purchased it is called Aqua Perfection out of Byron Center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Central water went out of their way to help me by giving me a comparative quote, in turn getting my money back.A company willing to help like that is as honest as can be. I literally won’t be using anyone else other than Central Water for services that they offer. Even if you would have to wait longer, it is well worth it (which I didn’t, they came out next day).

Nick Oprisiu: Culligan does a pretty good job of keeping everything up to date except for when I very highly stressed I needed my Garden hose to remain hooked to my well so I could water my plants and my garden but they did not win they installed water softener I was told since we are renting they will fix the issue and hook my garden hose back up to the well so I can actually use my hose outside at no charge to me that will make a huge difference in my debilitating life then I will be able to squirt my plants with the garden hose instead of carrying several buckets of water that I had to import so as long as they hold good to their word and fix the issue I think they're a great company

I was unable to get salt because I was in hospital. Today I called to see if I could get some salt ordered and to my surprise was told I have to wait for next delivery. I complained and it’s supposed to be delivered. I felt like trash under their feet. I hope anyone deciding to get Culligan DON’T. Their customer service is horrible and you cannot get salt when you need it only when they say you can have. Also, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is their “Thank you”.
