Anonymous: This is ridiculous. I went from $30 a month and a two bathroom house to a one bathroom and my bill jumped 70-90 dollars doing nothing different. Don't even have a dishwasher anymore. City of Flint you should be ashamed of treating people like this. Do we have to pay for you incompetence of correct piping?
Matthew Herrick: It’s ridiculous and a slap in the face of City of Flint residents to charge such an absurd amount each month for water no one trust to use!!Flint, you have to do better for your residents, and this is not it!

anthony defalco: I have been waiting 9 days for water service to be turned on...had to pay $75 turn on fee...another $ 409.00 for a water meter and valve they require...customer service people seem to have no clue and you have to deal with 2 different dept ( one you cant talk to?)CITY get your act together!!!

Deep Archives: There's no way that my bill is 204 every month. I was barely home this month to use any water and it's the same bill.Now when I had a roommate and hwr kids before she moved. Switch the water to my name. Normally the bill was 130 with 6 people. Now it's 204 with just 1 person.That doesn't even make sense.
Very Happy: Horrible customer service. I called to discuss a clear incorrect water bill where I was overcharged big time, and not for the first time. I know for certain that I have used no extra water, but the Operator proceeds to tell me I most certainly did, in a very nasty way at that. There seems to be a habit (practice) of the water department to randomly over charge you every few months or so, then the bill mysteriously goes back down. Its also very "mysterious" how so many of us have the exact same amount due, how is it possible that we are all using the same amount of water? Ridiculous!
Shamala Padman: Please update your website hours. It says 8am but when you get there doors are locked. Such an inconvenience for people who get there at 8:00 a.m. and find out they open at 9:00 a.m.

Heather EastmanChadwell: I don't understand how or why my water bill jumps up every month. The average monthly amount has been $130/mo in the 8 yrs I lived here. But randomly shoots up to $230 or even $330 for a single month! Straight up robbing people! We don't drink it, we don't cook with it. We don't even let our children brush their teeth with it!! GTFOH ASAP
Martha Ross: Went to pay my water bill this morning but the hours are wrong on the City of Flint Water Dept. Website. The city has lied to us about the water in the past. The city continues to lie can't even give the citizens of Flint the correct hours of business for the city. Won't shut off slumlord housing water but will be quick to shut off residential. Resiential supports the city of Flint. Start working for the good people of Flint.
Latrice Davis-Herron: This is so heart breaking. I currently getting over charge at this moment for flint water. It looks like they charge me twice for the same days after I paid it off. I hate this place. I went from paying $68-$100 to almost $200 a month.

Property Management: Never mind the water crisis, the people in this office are incompetent. The water for a rental property was turned on March 3. They had a ‘Make Sure Off’ order from the previous owner & never canceled the order once the water was turned on for a new owner & tenant. Now I have a family with children in a home with no water thanks to this dumb group of individuals. I will be moving my business elsewhere by the end of the year.
Dan Ryan: They have new parking meters there they don't work I tried to put money in the parking timer it wouldn't take my money I moved and try to another meter it didn't work I moved to 3rd meter finally it took my money and I went inside that parking makes me very nervous I'm really trying not to get no tickets Transformers something that don't work the new meters they put in everybody's complaining about wasted money again

veztex gaming (veztex0102): Check this we I just drop 400 on my water bill yesterday told me it will be back on around 4 i been at home the entire day I didn't hear a knock on the door or anything cars was in my drive way and everything I happen to go outside and there was a notice on my door saying they came at 4:39 why we didn't hear this guy's coming some water service we have I feel they didn't see anybody in the front of the house they assumed we wasn't here and just put that slip on our door Its crazy they robbing us of water that's barely usable then over charge us and then turn your water off when you not here
Ty: Some customer reps(not all of them) just don’t respect the flint residents!!! Called customer service in regards to not receiving a water bill for two months after switching the name on the water account to mine.I Spoke to a lady name Anna who told me to immediately go file a complaint on the mail service! She didn’t say let me check into it or how about I send you a bill or anything that required her to do her job, she just pushed the problem on the mail carrier which I found was really pathetic but wait, she did give me the amount due after 2 months of not seeing a bill. So I go to the water department and another rep, a guy and maybe another supervisor or co worker who by the way were both wonderful ,seen it was a problem on their end, fixed it and apologized and explained why I wasent getting a bill! It was a simple fix but I feel that lady Anna like so many others disregard and judge people to quickly, maybe assuming a lot of us don’t know what we’re talking about and feel they have the privilege of dismissing our problems. She really need a new job cause she suck as a rep!!!!
Patrick Jones: If I could post a zero star I would. The whole system needs updating. I find it ridiculous you have to jump through hoops to get this horrible water turned on and off. Outrageous prices for tainted water.

Williams King: Have never had problems with pipes or anything and the water is amazing. Purer and more refreshing than most bottled water.
ronnie mann: Not friendly ,overpaid. Whoever answers the phones up here definitely needs some remedial training In dealing with the public and being courteous. Maybe you should go out and turn the lines on and off while the other workers come in and sit on their duffs and complain. Once again, our tax dollars at work and wasted.
