Since we have switched to Sectorlink there has never been any down time that we have been aware of.I have never really had to use their customer service, maybe a few here and there general questions, and they have always been most helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.We finally decided to get SSL certificates on our sites. I had never done this before, installation looked overwhelming from what I read. And their are so many choices out there of who to purchase through. So, I was sure that it would be compatible with the server and our site, after speaking with Greg (at Sectorlink) went with the GeoTrust that they have available, and paid for installation on each site.We are new to getting the security certificates, so this morning noticed through the cloud control panel they were enabled, but the sites were not showing the lock, contacted Sectorlink, spoke with Greg again, he informed me of the redirect (did not even think of that), said they could do it, just open a support ticket. Did that and all was right with the world within a matter of a couple of minutes.Self-taught and still learning webmistress, and they have never made me feel like I am lacking in knowledge.This company is awesome!
