She measured the space which became super helpful when communicating with every other vendor, especially because we were planning our event from out of state. During our client's wedding, she stayed on site to assist with tying back the draping during certain reveal moments, and it was so nice that we had an extra set of hands, and that she was willing to take the extra time and effort to tie it back for us in a beautiful way for the remainder of the evening.I would 100% hire Robin again for draping needs -- the draping was in mint condition, and extremely beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.

We did the full package and were able to work with her from about a year out from the wedding weekend. Neither of us [bride or groom] are from California so we had a ton of questions going into the planning and also had the majority of our guests coming from out of town. D K (DK): I live in Florida and my son was getting married in LA. Because so many of the guests were coming from the east coast we wanted to do something special and iconic for the welcome party. Thru Krissy, we were able to secure the Carousel Building on the Santa Monica Pier at sundown the night before the wedding for the event. Krissy not only was able to cut thru all the red tape but she was able to handle all of Santa Monica's insurance, Security and Covid requirements. Since all that was in the building was the carousel, Krissy had to arrange for everything to be brought in from out side vendors. And she did it on a very busy Saturday!. The food, the decorations and entertainment all surpassed our expectations. Krissy and her team efficiently and professionally prepared the space in less than an hour. The party was EXCEPTIONAL! Many guests, both from the East coast and the LA area have told us it was one of the best functions that they had ever been too. She was on top of every detail and made it very easy for us. We were able to enjoy the party without having to worry about any of the details. Krissy also added several special things to the plans which made it that much more personalized. And she stayed under the budget, which I had given her months before. I recommend Krissy and her team as planners for any party or function you may be planning,. I know if I have any other event to do in the LA area, Krissy will be my first call. Krissy handled everything and never contacted us for last second questions / requests. When we came to the venue, we were amazed how everything came together so beautifully. The flowers were perfect. The sofreh (persian ceremony table) was perfect. The tables, chairs, floor plan, etc were all perfect. The photographers / videographer were perfect. Saying perfect is not an exaggeration either. We've heard horror stories where the wedding planner clashes with the guests for some reason and this did not happen. Both our parents and families were raving about what a great job she did. While everyone was enjoying the wedding, she was on top of everything! She made sure that as the couple we were eating enough food (she put horns d'oeuvres on our table) and even went back to the hotel (15 min drive away) to pick up some stuff the bride left behind.With the "wedding high" over, we can still say our wedding was perfect. Although Covid made things tough, we would not change a single thing and none of that would have been possible without Krissy. Highly recommend to go for the full wedding planning services if you can. You will not regret it.

Amanda Magee: I was here with my two sisters on Feb 8th and this place is amazing. It's not huge and it doesn't look pretentious like some other bridal places but what it does have is an utterly amazing owner and staff. My Older sister is getting married and my younger sister and I (both plus-size gals) are two of the bridesmaids. We ended up getting to the shop at about 4:30PM and they close at 5:00PM. They were more than willing to stay open, had a ton of suggestions and actually *listened* to what we wanted instead of running roughshod over us. We found the perfect bridesmaid dresses and at one point, the bride went with the owner into the upstairs and by complete chance found the wedding dress of her dreams. When we left, we each got a bag of bath salts 'for relaxation' and the bride got a special bag of items just for being the bride!!!Seeing as we had been treated awfully by the David's Bridal not too far away i cannot recommend enough that people skip David's and go to this place first! I guarantee that it will be worth it!!
