Jennifer Horenziak: I have a CPAP, reordering supplies has been difficult since I've had the machine here. The last made me take a large size mask which she said was a little big, when I lay down it is too big to fit my face. My Dr gave me a medium and ever since then I seem not to be able to get more supplies. They don't return calls or emails either.
Heidi Keesling: Three different people told me three different things. First they kept tried to bill me for a bed when my mom was on hospice. Then they didn't bill hospice for a hospital bed for two years. Last year one lady told me I could keep the bed if I signed a form saying I just received it so they could bill insurance. Nope.When my mom died they had miscommunication again and took bed. Done with these people.
Ken Koffkey: Is it typical, to wait a month for a cpap machine and supplies? If it is, I'll change my rating. Binson did not process Serene Sleep Center's request for my cpap. I called a week later to start the process. The lady who took my call was helpful. Nine days later I received a phone call saying paperwork had to be resubmitted. Nine days later, I call to get an update. I was told that it is still being processed.. I have not been told what the hold up is.

If that was the case how would I have been able to purchase the machine? At this point I believe insurance paid as well as I paid out of pocket for my dad to have his machine!Company and Brandon was aware that the money I paid for my dad to have his nebulizer machine was taken out of my husband's funeral funds
Alayna Renee: My son just got out of the nicu and needed oxygen. Aaron came over to hook it up. He was phenomenal. He was so kind and even went out of his way to help us with my sons car seat. He was very patient and understanding. He showed us step by step how to hook everything up and what to do. Binson’s definitely needs more employees like Aaron! You can tell he truly loves his job and helping others! Thanks again Aaron!

S Hill: After leaving countless messages it literallytook someone an entire month to call me about a CPAP machine! I finally have the machine, but I’m having complications with it. I contacted the lady twice in one week leaving a message both times about my issues and she still has not returned my call! I will say the young lady was very helpful, courteous and. knowledgeable at my appointment. However , when you’re having complications and no one returns your phone calls to help resolve your issue it can be rather frustrating. I gave 1 star based on lack of communication.Update: Upon reading my review I received an email and phone call and I now have an appointment. I changed my rating to five stars to reflect the urgent response to my Google review.

jim gaffney: this place blows. 2 months after Dr. sent paper work, still no contact. call them, sit on hold and get transferred to stay on hold. 15 minutes later they simply hang up you. several calls and 3 months, still no sign of a CPAP machine. Ms. S. O'dell: When I went here for myself, I was helped relatively quickly. This time I went for someone else who needed crutches picked up. The woman at the front desk said she would help me, pulled up the name and informed me that "you don't know how many times, I've been told that," as if I care how many times -- when I said that I had already spoken to them this morning and the rx was confirmed & insurance checked, so it was good to go. She then told me "they" often get it wrong if I was talking to "Centerline," which turns out to be their corporate office.She claimed to not see the rx for crutches, then got up and went to help the new guy with his issue. She closed out the window he had open and brought it back up. It was now working correctly, but instead of letting him continue inputting the info, she stayed there doing it for him and leaving me waiting. Finally, she comes back to me and someone comes in and tries to sign in but there are no pens. She launches into a speech about all the pens being taken by customers again and gets up -- leaving me waiting -- to track down pens. There were 4 or 5 pens taken from the sign in counter by another worker and sitting on his desk.She brought them back to the main counter and then continued with me. Now she finds the rx and goes to grab a pair of crutches. They are open.She goes back to the computer and is now struggling to find the diagnosis. It was on the rx the whole time: post-surgery.Finally, I just take the damned things and go.I will not CHOOSE to go here again.

Kimberley Walters: We have been waiting for a bpap machine for my husband for 3 weeks..been told waiting on preauthorization from insurance, called insurance yesterday, no preauthoriztion or copay needed! I am furious, husband has had 4 strokes and sleep apnea is getting worse, I was told I would receive a call today with a schedule delivery date, never happened. I did contact the better business bureau, and Henry Ford Hospital. This is unacceptable, horrible customer service!
Keith Zarembski: Called as soon as they opened up and cannot talk to a real person and have to wait 19 minutes. Ridiculous.
Kathryn Gallagher: Have been trying to get BiPap supplies for a month. Pulmonologist has sent information for this twice; I have called regularly to provide information and check on progress. Attempts to call are met with long hold times and frequent hang-ups. If my insurance would cover any other provider, I would have already given up on Hart.
Jason Krause: More than 30 days after my script was sent to them they continue to blame my doctors office for delays. Their customer service is horrible and communication is horrible as well. I was actually told 'we don't call you, regardless of issues getting your equipment, until everything is done." No ownership of issues, no owning lack of communication, not even a phone call to update me on the issues after I was told last week that everything was in and I should get a call on Wednesday of this week.

Jeffrey O'Donohue: I don't often give 5 star reviews but Amigo Mobility Center makes me wish I could give 10! My grandfather purchased an Amigo a couple months before his passing. At the age of 102, he loved his Amigo as it gave him the mobility he needed in order to move about his assisted living residence. He spoke highly of his experience with the purchase and training he received from the good folks at Amigo Mobility Center.After his passing, I contacted Amigo Mobility via their online form to inquire about their buy-back program and Monica responded quickly and with compassion for the loss of my grandfather. She exceeded my expectations by far. First off, I didn't have to negotiate with her at all. She took the lead and told me that since he didn't have the Amigo for very long, that they would change his purchase to a rental agreement and only charged him for the first month. They even picked up the Amigo, at no charge, from the assisted living residence where he lived. After a swift assessment of the Amigo, the balance of his purchase was refunded to his credit card all on the same day as the pick-up! Thank you Monica and all of you who were involved at Amigo Mobility Center in making this a smooth and speedy transaction! God Bless!
