Tracy Sheely: This shelter is suppose to help young woman better themselves instead they tear them down i personally know someone in this shelter she as well as other ladies get talked about because the staff dont hide it they misuse the children by not letting them eat these women are hurt they are homeless and have nowhere to go and the staff at Shelter of Flint don't make it better they insult the girls for being young mothers making sexually comments like KEEP YOUR LEGS CLOSED NEXT TIME they also show no concern when children cry the staff gets angry and make the mother leave these ladies need help not abuse they dont deserve to be put down please read and let's pull together and get better and more compassionate staff for the shelter of flint

They can't confirm and need mental health services mostly. The homeless have to follow direction and rules to get services and basic needs.

They are very rude to him. So I wonder how they really treat these men. And do they have all the programs that they say they offer? Chevy: As the former and last housing Specialist of One Stop housing. I would like to express deep sadness of the closing of the HARA program at one stop. I am sorry for what has become of the reputation. Today I lost my job in a arbitration meeting for truth. 2/18/20 Michigan has always been an at-will employer. So it's always been a threat to be fired over anything. So I write this review not regretful or spiteful but wanting to send out a deep apology to the community. I just want to let you all know that the staff who did care about the community tried but ultimately that was not enough to keep my specific program going. I further the community to keep reaching out for answers and to keep motivating one another to do more and find more resources in Genesee county.This review is now in compliance with the confidentiality policy for the Shelter of Flint.
