Jay Topping: The sailing club is a family friendly place that emphasizes sailing and family focused social activities. Newcomers to sailing are welcome, whether with or without a boat. Lessons are avaiable, as are crew opportunities.

Lynette Tatton: Loved it. Transported some seniors from a senior living facility here for a special event. They were greatness provided a wonderful time, fabulous lunch and pontoon boat ride, for the senior citizens. This is something like the 33rd year they have done this.

Robin Loughlin: I recently attended a party that was hosted that this venue. I had a wonderful time and the facility was a perfect place for it. Lots of room inside for many tables for food, drinks, and and mingling. Beautiful setting and easy to find with on Google maps or waze. I would highly recommend it!

Taylor Lawler: My wedding got cancelled because of Covid restrictions, they placed a 10 person limit inside the venue which was unacceptable. Then I never got a refund of any kind. My husband reached out to an attorney who looked over our contract and said the venue owner has the upper hand because "global pandemic" wasn't listed under cancellation reasons. It ended up costing me thousands of dollars to move my entire wedding and change everything last minute. Horrible people who have no sympathy. I guess greed is more important than reputation or quality service.

BlueEyedDevil217: Had are wedding reception there, was beautiful, are contact was very accommodating with the newer Covid-19 rules. My wife and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Especially are friends and Family.

Richard Simpson: Because of covid restrictions only 10 people are allowed inside at a time in the hall, we have 120 guests for the wedding. She couldnt provide the service we wanted. We asked for a refund, even a partial refund because we understand it not her fault. Instead she kept all the money and told us to be creative and deal with it. What a waste of $650. She had 90 days notice when we requested the refund to. I know it is beautiful, but dont take the risk.

judi blanton: It is a beautiful place however its very poorly managed. I had it booked for May and due to covid I had to cancel my choice was to extend the date or forfeit the deposit. I extended the date to August. 3 weeks before my wedding the governor signed an order that only 10 people are allowed in a public building. So I asked Krista how many tables will fit in the pavilion and Krista told me their tables and chairs are not allowed outside, but she suggested I rent a tent, tables and chairs. I was very upset that I had to spend more money to rent these things to be able to have my wedding, when the facility I rented came with tables and chairs but I was willing to do it. It turned out to be impossible because I could not find any rental place that would drop off that morning and pick up that night. Which is their requirement because of other bookings. Krista's suggestion was to tear down the big tent at the end of the night and store it in their garage. That is something i should not have to do because I am paying to rent the facility tables and chairs. Even if I was willing to do that I could not find any company that would call ahead to schedule a pick up with her. Bottom line I could not have my wedding there because they would not allow me to use their tables and chairs, and I could not find a way to rent them and she refused to refund the deposit.

kitty Sharpie: Absolutely no maintenance, wall paint dingy and stained, ceiling tiles falling and discolored, flooring is very stained, tables have mold stains you could see through the linens, kitchen and bathroom very old and outdated, had to clean throughly before wedding and move stacks of chairs and tables off the main floor to outdoor shed before wedding. Management was rude and uncooperative, check reviews, don't expect your deposit back ever, don't bother cleaning, have pictures of after. cleaned up but Krista, management, counts on that most don't sue for deposit!
