I wanted to just exchange it because IT DOESN'T WORK I can't find the receipt but I can show the charge on my cc statement clearly purchased there. I was told without the receipt they can't do anything about it. Plus it's been over 30 days so I would have to go through the manufacturer. After she talked to them for about a month, she asked if we needed help. I said no. By this time, my girl n I were making final decisions, the clerk imposed n started talking about product. We went along with it, but decided on something else. We grabbed an item n continued to she, the clerk then asked to take the item up front to hold it. For those who may wonder, all African Americans do not steal, and from a sex store??!! I'm not angry, I jus will never spend another cent at the store, n I will be making an fb post. If I can stop them from getting something as little as a quarter, I'll be satisfied.

We didn't think anything of it since he was a baby and we were obviously his parents, but we walk in with our son to a completely empty store. The clerk wasnt even up front and it didn't look like anyone had been there all day. My husband and I were looking for something specific, but since there was no one to ask right away we started looking along the displays, holding our son in our arms. A few minutes go bye and this short, round woman with glasses and black hair came out from the back. Didn't even greet us, took one look at us and promptly asked us to leave because our INFANT son was under 18. It wasn't really what she was asking us, so much as it was how rude she asked us. My husband and I were both a little taken aback, but he took our son to the car so I could just ask about the item we were looking for. After he left, not seeing any of the 18 and up only signs the rude woman behind the counter said we should have plainly seen, I approached the counter to show her a picture on my phone of what we were looking for. She looked up at me haughtily, as if I was inconvenienceing her by asking her to do her job. She looked at the photo on my phone for half a second before snapping at me, saying she didn't have anything like it. I left at that point and honestly even if she had had what we were looking for I didn't want to spend money at her store front. We won't be going back either.

Ryan Sigler: I usually shop at the cirilla's by where I live, but they were out of the item I was there for, so they called the store on Plainfield to see if they maybe had it in stock. They were very friendly and helpful as they didn't have the exact brand but had the same type of cream available by another brand, and it was their last bottle, so they held it for me. I was omw when I ran out of gas. Luckily, someone with a gas can let me have the little bit of gas they had, and I made it to the store at 9:59. They had just locked up because they had no one for the last hr, and by then, they assumed maybe I changed my mind. But even after they had already locked up and were ready to go home, the person working opened the doors and let me make my purchase. I had driven a 45-minute to get! They were so awesome for doing that 👏 and I really appreciate you whom I won't name . We need more beautiful souls like that, and we're there!Thanks to the Plainfield store, I had a great 🍆all 🌃 night long! 🙅‍♂️😅

During my most recent visit however, the woman working that night was extremely rude and invasive, making inappropriate comments about my age based on my ID, inserting herself into my business after I politely declined her offer of help because I "looked confused", making off-base assumptions about what I'm looking for and what I would enjoy, behaving with a condescending attitude as if I must not know what Im looking for due to my age, making gender assumptions of my partner that are harmful to the LGBTQ community, and also badgered and openly complained to me about my purchase being too small / not enough. I am extremely unimpressed with the service I received tonight (12/12 around 7 pm) especially compared to past employees who have always been very pleasant with me.

We used to purchase them on a regular basis and would get our monies worth, but lately they just throw their clearance garbage in there and upsell. Last night we got tights, a cheap plastic necklace and a magazine. At most was worth $10, we paid $30. Very disappointed.

Her exact words were “I need to see your IDs, you’re giggling too much and you sound underaged. If you want to get an attitude, I will kick you out of my store.” So needless to say, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I AM NEVER GOING BACK. I do customer service and THAT WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
