Gigi Salazar: Yesterday, me and my husband went on a beautiful ride and I forgot my wallet on the carriage. Thank goodness I grab the card from dixie so I called her asking if she could look to see if my wallet was there. And it was she held onto it till about 9:30 after I left the party I was at. It was a blessing and a nice time Ty so much

We have been married for 20 years and always talked about doing a carriage ride and it was a relaxing and unique way to experience the downtown area. Jane Pierce: We were given this a a wedding gift. We really enjoyed our ride. They were very friendly and courteous. We plan on doing this every Christmas season and make it a tradition. All the Christmas lights were on in downtown. Would recommend taking the ride.
JUST A LOGICAL LAD: we had an old horse that needed to retire (clearly hates her job because you can tell pulling things hurts her). Horse wasn't even taken care of properly, and you could tell that all of it's hair was matted and filthy. Although the driver was very friendly and as professional that he could can be. Also expect to be getting a call back the following day or later if you call this number. They only do cash, so you definitely know that they're not telling Uncle Sam about this.
Tanner Shoemaker: We had a wonderful evening touring Grand Rapids last night with Classic Carriage. We booked them for our 25th wedding anniversary. Because it was a week night (they usually run on Friday and Saturday's), Linda came in special for us. She was willing to pick us up and drop us off at the restaurant we had dinner at. She was prompt, friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend. Thanks Linda and Dixie for making out evening so memorable.

Heather Vernier: Paid deposit pre-Covid for services. Event was cancelled and I was told I would get my deposit back. Numerous times. In writing. Over a year later and still getting the run around. Communication and professionalism sorely lacking.
Michelle Reeves: Connie is a warm and beautiful person she made my daughter's wedding a fabulous event and the horse covergirl was beautiful well trained and did a little dance. It was a Cinderella themed wedding and connie and covergirl made my baby feel like Cinderella going to the ball. It was outdoor wedding and everyone was able to see my baby ride up in her horse and carriage and the crowd was in awe. Thank you Connie for such an awesome memory!!!!!!

rochelle rondy: They always have clean horses, clean tack, and equipment. Very respectful, courteous, and professional. They know what they are doing, have gorgeous horses and carriages, wagons, and sleighs. This company has been the go to company for our business for many years. As far as not paying their employees, I'm guessing that employee wasnt paid because they were the one that was late.When a company has been in business for 28 years, you may get a sore loser once, maybe twice that would like to knock you down. We all get that. I however will give this company 5 stars.
Mike Sayaw: This is a horrible company to use. The owner is always late. Her employees complain that she never pays them. There are several better carriage companies operating in the area, use one of those other companies. You will be much better off.
