Just feel bad my girlfriend got dragged when all she could talk about was how amazing the community was and the good memories. But peace and love to all. What goes around comes back around

Zoey Chulski: I would not recommend anybody to live here unless said person is in an extremely desperate situation like I was, let me explain. There are 4 houses and all of them the tenants are expected to do their own repairs. Who pays for that you may ask? nobody unless you are willing to shell out the funds to fix it yourself because the CO-OP is flat broke and they are hemorrhaging money at an astonishing rate. Not the mention the lease is written with such language that they can evict you just because they don't like you or don't like what you stand for. Imagine going back to high school and having to deal with the drama that comes with high school, if that is your kind of living then by all means come live here but if you want out of drama stay at least a block away. Depression runs rampant around the coop as a whole. I will say you will meet some pretty cool people at first but when you start to unravel who they really at you will learn they are not who they are on the outside. The board of directors is a joke too. They don't care about anybodys opinions unless you live at what I will call their headquarters which is called the JR house. I have written alot of positive reviews on google but this one has got to be the worst review I have written please stay far away

Lillia Strautio: Good if you want to live in a fraternity house full of drama. If you want to rent a normal apartment without stupid requirements, then maybe this is for you. High turnover, they never have tenants meet new roommates, and rent takes forever to get taken out. Tenants have to do own repairs and are required to cook and clean for other people. This is like housing meets an office with no communication
