Bob Jingles: Buyer Beware. I purchased a Schulz air compressor from MAS that turned out to be defective from the factory. MAS’s customer service is EXTREMELY poor. They would not work with me on solving the problem. Even though I tried repeatedly to get their assistance. They ended up finding a reason to void my warranty. MAS does not stand by their product and I feel they have no integrity. I would never buy anything from them again.

Ray Blackburn: We have been struggling with Michigan Air. We purchased a new compressor from them and the compressor & install was great. We are not having any issues with the quality of the compressor. We are having a hard time with the service. They keep just showing up and servicing our compressor and slapping us with a $400 bill. We have told them they can not do that. Service needs to be scheduled and have a PO attached to it. They refuse to follow those instructions so they just show up and service it without management even knowing. Management usually finds out when we get an invoice that needs approved. We haven't seen any response from them since February 2020 regarding this issue and they just sent a tech out again in October. We are refusing to pay the October invoice as we were very clear that is not acceptable and all service must be scheduled and have a PO attached to it.They were great to get the new compressor and the install was excellent. Now they just keep coming out to check the oil for warranty and then end up charging us $429.65 without any approval.We have just recently bought another compressor for our other building and we made the switch back to Sawyer Compressor in Hudsonville, MI which is who we were using before Michigan Air.

Robert Weston: Purchased a 15hp compressor with 240 gal receiver tank in Nov 2016. I don't have extensive knowledge of compressed air systems. Bruce DeSmith was able to put together a system perfect for my application. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. The compressor will have payed for itself this summer. I would recommend Michigan Air Solutions to anyone.

Tom O'Hara: Dropped off a 1" drive Ingersoll Rand air impact for repair. Called 4 weeks later and they still had not even looked at the tool. The gentlemen on the phone told me they were running 6-8 weeks to get a quote to repair an air tool. Really? We will take our tools elsewhere in the future for repair.

Bill, Nick, Ed and Deb to name everyone had was super easy to work with and prompt . We had a situation where we ordered a compressor from a Different in town company we were assured they had all the parts and the compressor, that everything would be delivered on a Wednesday. Didn't call, didn't follow up and return our phone calls and delivery day passes with no compressor. I had to cancel the CNC install, the electrician and on and on. So I got a hold of Kaeser Inc. and they gave me Air Components phone number at 11:00 AM Thursday Morning. Friday morning the new compressor was delivered!!!! Wow!!! Service, Quality, and truly satisfied! Great Job!! They go above and beyond!! Don't settle when it comes to your Business go with the Best these guys get it and you wont be sorry.

They have helped me with multiple compressor issues from a portable compressor to keep the shop running to a better oil that coast less and many aftermarket parts for my compressors. Jake Harris: They sent a mobile service truck to our location. He did a great job getting us fixed up. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their service guy didn't have all the tools he needed. He borrowed some of ours and left with them. I got in contact with him and he said I would have to go to hudsonville to get our tools back. I go out there, they say they don't know anything about it and they would be mailed to us when he figures it out. 8 months, no word back or package in the mail. So we had to go re-buy those tools once again
