Jeremiah Grockau: I deal with this branch on an almost daily basis. Quick, knowledgeable staff and a good inventory of parts onhand. I haven't had any issues with the employees here at all.My only complaint against Trane Supply in general is that they closed the Kalamazoo branch, but that isn't the fault of the employees.
DJ Armstrong: they don't sell to you unless you're a licensed contractor

M W: I won’t mention names but the guy I spoke with on the phone at this branch on 5/27 was a complete a-hole, no help whatsoever and played stupid in identifying a needed part. They treat you like a scab if you aren’t affiliated with Trane in some way. Not the first time this has happened either. I will never send anyone their way.

Jacob Seaman: Jeff and his team are awesome and are always on top of things.
Nathan Koets: We stood at the service counter, the only customers in the store, and were ignored while the only employee made small talk on his phone to someone. He watched us walk out the door 15 minutes later. A helpful customer walking in gave us directions to a competing HVAC supplier. As a small business owner myself, I actually felt bad for whoever owns Young. I don’t like to leave a poor review, but maybe this will help the owner(s) address the situation. 🙁
