Our first flight was delayed 16hrs, and this flight claimed to be on time… even says we departed at 1:44pm which is funny considering it is 2:09 and we are sitting here on the tarmac for the next 20min to “burn off fuel”. If you fly with this joke of a company, dont make plans for the day you land! Just cross your fingers and hope you get there eventually

Douglas Riecks: After a 5 hour delay to get to my destination unfortunately a 12 hour delay on the way home. It would have been one thing if they gave us notice but an hour before mentioning an hour delay, then every couple of hours adding to that delay was ridiculous. Not to mention not a word of why the delay or an apology by any of the staff members. Not worth the direct flight to Michigan, definitely will use another airline in the future, even if there's a layover.
Lisa Zidlick: Worse Airline EVER!!! Never again!!! The last flight I booked using Allegiant I tried to cancel because I had Covid. Ironically, this most recent time I tried to cancel because I had Covid sadly again! Both times I spent over eight hours on the phone waiting for a real person and ten hours between the two flights trying to chat and send an E-mail. It was impossible to get through to Allegiant from every direction. Thus, I never received even a voucher for either flight! Also, once you start booking a trip with Allegiant, you think you are getting a great price, however, by the time you add $28 or $38 each way for a carryon or check in bag, $28+ for the cheapest seat available (always) no matter what seat, which should be $19 and $50 each way for your pet, which now becomes a carryon you have to pay extra for, I paid a ton more money than if I would have gone with Southwest. The down side to Southwest, would be that I could not fly right into Fort Wayne, Indiana, but Indy, which required yet another shuttle expense. Southwest, was still a better deal hands down for several reasons. Additionally, my one flight, we sat on the runway with maintenance issue for 1 1/2 hrs until we took off. The flight home, there appeared to be bad weather in Sanford, we were told by the pilot that we only had 28 minutes of fuel left. We were told we may go to one of two other cities to circumvent the bad weather (both would take over 28 minutes to get there. Or, they would drop to 10,000 feet and wait it out hoping the weather would change (no idea how long we would hover). It became a white knuckle flight for the entire plane. We were scared to death. People were taking their phones off of airplane mode and calling their families to let them know we may not make it. The pilot should never have scared us like this and put all of us in panic mode!!!
Denine T: If I could give lower I would. I have always used Allegiant to fly to Florida without any problems and would recommend them. However, I Made a round trip from Flint out to California in March 2022 using Allegiant to change airlines in Las Vegas (Allegiant doesn’t go that far) and use Southwest the last leg of the Trip. It was suppose leave at 6:30am, but due to icing we were held up until almost 8am. That was two hours waiting on the plane itself. My connecting flight was due to leave at 9am. Needless to say I missed it, but SouthWest was awesome, immediately assigning me to their next flight to Sacramento. On the trip back the flight was due to leave Las Vegas at 8:28am. Due to their overbooking and asking customers to volunteer to wait 2 days with some incentive that did not include lodging, it wasn’t until after 11am that the passengers could load. My ride home from the airport and meeting had to all be postponed and rearranged. After all that they added insult to injury… after emailing them several times asking them to address my complaint I was never contacted other than a standard reply that they would eventually get to me. I think august 18, 2022 -5 months later is long enough to wait. The staff are all great, their customer service policies stink. Just be prepared when shopping for less expensive flights with Allegiant. I can honestly say I have taken a trip with another airline since this incident and upon checking costs Allegiant was actually more. JUST BEWARE & PREPARED.

There is no chat agents available, you can't cancel your flights via the website or app even when you have created an account and profile. When sending an email response time is 7 days. This is a joke!

Got my rental and on the road in less than 30mins.Flew back to Bishop (Flint) but I think the pilot was speeding because we got there 20mins early. (LOL) Allegiant is efficient and nice for special pricing. Nothing glam but everything went smooth as butter!
Lily: Worst airplane I've ever been on. Dirty Terrible seats super uncomfortable no cushion they, don't recline so you have to sit straight up the whole trip.. no tv. Or entertainment. Very generic basic. Definitely wouldn't do this again. We were late 1 and a half hour for no reason..not weather no reason.. missing our car rental then having to stay at airport another 7 hours til they opened.
K Edwards: First time using Allegiant, we chose them because they flew directly into our destination city. Only problem is that they delayed the flight...TWICE! The arrival was going to be so late that the hotel we booked through Allegiant's site would not let us check in that late, so we had nowhere to stay. We had to cancel the trip after we had already checked in at the airport, we lost our money on the hotel who would not refund us AND worst of all, we missed my friend's wedding. All they could do is apologize, tell us that they are "subbed" employees and would not be able to compensate us in any way. Will NEVER use Allegiant again. First AND LAST experience! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Bobby Fritze: The planes fly and the pilots don't crash. But these planes are noticeably military retrofit because the aisles are wider than United and the seats are just metal with a piece of faux leather on it. Arm rest was unable to be used. Don't fly Allegiant if you are a person of above average weight or you will be extremely uncomfortable and will literally be on top of the person next to you.

One of the better travel experiences I've had.Moreover, there is a nice selection of last minute gift shops, restaurants (although nothing too major) and amenities.Overall your wait shouldn't be long and it should be a painless travel experience.

George Humrich: Booked this flight over 2 months in advance and and saved for this trip for 6 months and when we check in we can't sit together!! Sorry flight is oversold they tell us. Terrible,terrible customer service. Well at least she told us we are screwed with a smile.
phillip nicholson: I normally consider Delta the best, but am after our recent experience, I am reconsidering. They were terribly understaffed (admittedly like everyone else), but then sort of delayed our flight for 15 hours (which by sort of I mean they put it in this weird limbo state where we couldn't re-book our connections), sent us an apology email saying they'd reimburse the overnight costs, but when we tried to submit they rejected them over and over. Their reasoning made no sense. They were unsympathetic, and I think even they are confused what happened that day. They are letting their service mentality status slip.

Andrea: A little disappointed with our check in process this morning. We were traveling with our small dog and had called two weeks prior to make sure he could get on the flight. That wasn’t a problem. We tried to do our boarding pass on our phones but it said to check in at the counter. Our cs representative was Gordon. He couldn’t find our reservation at first but found it but there was an issue. WE apologized as my husband had initially booked the exit rows but then figured out we couldn’t have a pet in the exit row so he changed it. For whatever reason, the system locked us in on the exit row and Gordon acted like WE were to blame. Not the system. He finally went and got a supervisor (Brenda) and she was super sweet and showed him how to unlock that part of the system. Not once did he acknowledge that it was a system error and not OUR fault.
Brian Huff: The Delta team members in Grand Rapids MI move like turtles. At bag check I stood in a relatively short line for 40 minutes waiting to check one bag…already paid for. Boarded the plane and they left the gate on time but proceeded to take 50 minutes de-icing the plane…normally 15 minutes tops on a small plane. Caused my family to miss the connection at DTW and lost our entire first day of vacation. Zero empathy from Delta. Prices are higher than ever and customer service is worse than ever!

Corey Miller: I took a later flight because Delta overbooked. Delta promised a $900 gift card and told me they'd have to give it to me later because "there's a problem with IT". I didn't receive it. I called the Gift Card Department with the voucher number they gave me to request it. I was told (after waiting 30 minutes on the phone) by the Gift Card Department that the voucher number Delta had on the printed receipt doesn't exist or is wrong. I got transferred to General Customer Service to resolve the issue and after an hour and a half of waiting, my phone died, and I had the opportunity to spend the following day's lunch hour trying to resolve the issue again.I had to try again the following day, and after an hour and a half of waiting, General Customer Service said I would need to contact Corporate Customer Service. I sent an email to the CEO. I was told on December 15th an executive representative was working on it. On December 17th, the executive representative told me they hoped to have it resolved by day's end. Four days later, I still haven't received my gift card, and the executive representative has discontinued responding to my polite requests for updates.The whole situation was disappointing. The flight receptionist was desperately trying to get ahold of someone via phone for an hour when she found out there was an overbooking problem (in order to discern when the next available flight was). The new platform or system kept her from emailing me the card. And the Gift Card Department said they didn't have the authority to look into the matter for me. And all of this would have been a minor inconvenience if it weren't for Delta's ridiculously long wait times. Why is an hour and a half normative and acceptable for trying to get answers about something?

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I was scared on the way to michigan too much turbulence on that flight

Cheryl Dooley: The people were very friendly but our plane was broken by one of the line guys when they were moving it. It was not fixed and we were told that they couldn’t get the part needed for a number of days. Their mechanic signed it off for flying it home. We were told they would send the part to us when they got it. They didn’t. They told us we could leave our rental car with them and they would return it to the rental company which they didn’t do. The rental car company called us a day later asking how much longer we would be using the car!

Nichole La Mora: I visited Signature Flight on Saturday, February 8 to pick up some family from a Wings of Mercy Flight. I had my 6 year old niece with me. The young lady working the counter was an absolute GEM! My niece was very excited to see her mom and was full of energy. The woman working was so calm about everything, and even changed the TV to a kids show to help occupy her. She made her hot chocolate and showed her the different planes coming it. She really made our visit quite pleasant. She was happy to answer my questions and updated me as she learned things about the flight we were waiting for. She made what could have been a stressful situation quite pleasant. I didn't catch her name, but I wish I had. She was great!

They are always looking out for our needs and checking to see if we need anything. Nice clean and bright facility as would expect from a higher end FBO. I show up and still have to pester the office to get the line department to do anything. On two recent occasions I landed here two days in a row and got charged two vastly different fees for the same plane.
