Helen brandt: I have been seeing Dr. Zhiling Trowbridge for the last six months for acupuncture to help with symptoms of anxiety. Her acupuncture skills are varied and extremely effective. She is a good listener and works holistically with me toward a plan for total good health. I highly recommend her as a part of anyone's quest toward optimal health.

THAD SALTER: I had a great experience with Dr. Trowbridge. I'd never tried acupuncture before and wondered if I'd have trouble because I get a bit squeamish around needles. I'd had back pain issues that had been improving but I was still experiencing pain when I tried to run. I told Dr. Trowbridge that my goal was to be able to run without pain and I can do that now. Stephanie Gingerich: Kara uses a combination of body work, conversation, energy work and her extensive knowledge to help you find the root of physical and emotional issues and then address them. In my experience it's more effective than traditional "talk therapy" because mind and body work together. I highly recommend working with Kara McNabb-- she is very skilled and has helped me in my healing and personal growth process immensely.

sharmena swain: I called to schedule an appointment and got sent straight to voice mail with a text stating she could not talk at the moment (which was completely fine!) what was NOT okay is when i leave a voice message I don't get a single call back! that is not professional in my opinion. I'd rather spend my money where I feel valued.
Lily Flower: I can't thank Tricia enough for her help navigating the colon cleansing process. I have had severe gut issues for years, and she has helped me figure out the best path for me, she is patient, attentive, hospitable, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable with the session and have everything I need. While colon hydrotherapy is not exactly exciting while it is happening, it brings tremendous relief to not only the gut, but the brain, joints, and mood. You would not believe what garbage is stored inside your body that needs to come out!! She's so sweet, welcoming and warm. I am so glad she was recommended to me.

It is open, uses ultra violet light, and is the most comfortable system I have ever used. Having had several 7 day colon cleansing over the last 40 years, I know you will not be disappointed.
