Bryce Lipscomb: I enjoy living in this apartment complex. Management is decent, my only issue is they never reached out to discuss the move in process. That was a minor issue, because security helped me with everything. Security is amazing here and super friendly. I also appreciate how quickly the maintenance men get to you. I think the management does a great job up keeping this building. I’m looking forward to the next two years here.

Even with it being in downtown Grand Rapids, there were plenty of amenities available and within easy central access. The neighbors there were very kind! Living at Plaza Towers gave me close access not only to my college, but also my work on the medical mile! I would highly recommend Plaza Towers to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to stay!

tammy summers: I lived at Plaza Towers from 2016 to 2018. The owner of the building had relatives living below me who smoked marijuana, I asked to move apt in the middle of the month. This generated a new lease, which I asked for a copy of and never received. Moving out I had to ask management to provide me with day of the month to turn in my 60 day notice. I attempted to give a formal typed notice approximately 70 days prior to moving, the office girl refused my notice. It was to early, and had the manager come out to speak to me. Explaining my reasoning for giving the early notice, I had purchased a home and my computer and printer was boxed up: the manager replied with- this does not need to be that formal, took a piece of paper out if her printer. I turned it over and hand wrote out a sixty day notice. I had to ask the manger for date that was needed. The day of move out I reserved an elevator with this same office girl, who neglected to add my name in the computer. Day of move, I was not allowed to have my hired movers use the elevator, costing me several hundred dollars. I never missed a rent payment and paid my end statement mailed to me for cleaning and painting. Several weeks after my final bill was paid I received a bill for 800. Late fee, for giving a 58 day notice. I called several times and was told, disregard bill. I was sent to a collection agency, and Becky assured me the company made a mistake and would no longer bill me. This year 2021, this 800 bill now 850, more late charges is on my credit report! My score went down 27 points, and I have paid higher interest in a new car I needed. All because Plaza Tower Office staff can not do their jobs!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Don't move here!

I face the city and it's super impressive year round in all types of weather. The management/maintenance/security team is all super quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues that arise. Love the new coffee machine, the gym, and the sports deck, too!

Alexander Wurr: Lived here for 3 years, wonderful building lots of modern amenities: stainless appliances, wood floors, gorgeous views of downtown, a pool, sports deck with a basketball and tennis court, even a movie theater room. What more could you ask for? The office staff and 24/7 security have always been courteous and very helpful in resolving any maintenance or lease questions that arise in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend the Plaza Apartments.

Adrian Perez: Lived there for abut two years and had to move out because our family is about to grow in number and needed the extra space, but if wasn't for that extra bottle of wine my wife and I had about 8 months ago, we would definitely still be there.The installations are comfortable and very slick, personnel is always friendly and extremely helpful and of course the location.I recommend this place for single, married or small families a 100%.

M K: If looking for a place downtown Grand Rapids, Plaza Towers is a MUST! Just had some beautiful work done on my unit and it could not look any better! I am so happy with the results! They are spacious, open, and the amenities offered here are a major bonus and you won't find any like it elsewhere! The granite, back splash, and choice of cabinets are very high end! The staff is so friendly and any maintenance issue is resolved immediately and efficiently! I recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Jeremy Onofrio: I have absolutely loved my time here at the Plaza Towers so far! The location is perfect, considering you're within walking distance to all of the hottest bars, restaurants, and venues GR has to offer. The management staff has also been extremely friendly and helpful. They helped make our move-in simple, and were able to answer any questions we had. Maintenance is also top notch, they have responded and closed any maintenance related issues that we have had. The other great thing about living at the Plaza is the amount of amenities that you have access to (Indoor Pool, Sports Deck, Movie Theater, Skywalk, discounts at the BOB, and even access to the hotel bar to name a few). My apartment's condition when I moved in was spotless, and the room's themselves are bar none. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at the Plaza Towers, I would recommend them to anyone!

Rebekah Hartman: I was at 601 Bond for one year and do wish I didn’t have to relocate states for work, because I would have renewed my lease! Like any property management, there were some stressors with management BUT the leasing staff and maintenance were above par.In particular, Erin was a phenomenal leasing agent and was genuine, kind, and relationship-oriented. She was always thoughtful and remembered little things that made giant impressions. She is also creative and made the space fun to live in.Mark was basically my favorite (shh) and addressed maintenance concerns immediately, no matter how unimportant they seemed to me. He always had treats in his pocket for resident dogs and literally got on his knees to pet dogs, which was sweet. He made me feel heard and safe.Yes it’s an expensive property, but the views, amenities, neighbors, and especially the location made it worth it. I made so many great friends, even a new best friend, while at 601. I will miss it!

Everyone in the complex is very friendly and we already feel so welcomed into the community. Siana was our leasing consultant and she was so helpful throughout the entire process! Noel Tavarez: 601 Bond is an amazing place to live! I love the atmosphere and the leasing process was super easy. The leasing consultant that you work with is super friendly and super helpful. The apartments are super spacious and modern. I love the automatic lights in the bathroom, closet and laundry section in my floor plan. It is energy saving but also cost effective! The coffee shop near by is amazing and has such great options. I love how you don’t hear any foot traffic in the hallways or in your apartment. They provide shopping carts for grocery runs from your car to your unit which I think was a brilliant add on. The other residents are very nice and respectful. I know I made a great decision living at 601 Bond. I know reviews are often challenging because you want accurate information and not just like everything is perfect. The only concern I would have is that the only option for internet access is with AT&T and the view on the lower levels aren’t as great as the higher ones. But that’s really it so I can’t really complain much. If you’re looking to have a downtown apartment with great amenities, great food/bar/coffee options near by as well as loud at all this is the spot!!!!!!

Matt David: I moved into 601 Bond at the end of the summer (2020) and even amidst the craziness, I absolutely love it here! Christy has always been great from the start getting everything situated for me and feeling welcome to the new area. Love the rooftop and workout center and living walking distance from downtown is a huge plus.

And most importantly it’s walking distance of the Spectrum hospitals which is very convenient for work. Carly was especially helpful in us finding this place, and the entire staff is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for an apartment in Grad Rapids!

Rob Burr: 601 Bond is an awesome place to live and I would recommend it to any one looking to move here. I recently moved out due to relocating but I lived here for a full year and have no complaints. The finishes are top notch and the units have a full size VENTED washer and dryer which is super hard to find in any apartment. I never had any noise issues with people above or next to me either it was always super quite. Also as far as the rooftop area goes there is just nothing like it in the Grand Rapids area. It is the perfect to place to hang with friends or host a party with amazing views of the city. When I moved out Christy and Carley were very helpful and accommodating to my needs...I have no complaints they are awesome!

The apartment has a nice layout, with very pleasing aesthetics! If I were to relocate to Grand Rapids, this property/location would definitely be a top consideration! Eliana Condotti: I had the pleasure of meeting Euri today when he came to look at our apartment because our energy bill has been high. Not only did he replace the vent for our furnace, he also vacuumed our furnace room because it was dusty as well as vacuumed underneath our fridge. He showed me different things in my apartment that could be switched to a different setting to save money and he was overall so helpful today. He even replaced the lock on one of our bedroom doors and was kind and polite when asking to go around our apartment. Euri Was an outstanding and thorough worker today, and if I ever have another issue in my apartment, I want to request him to come fix it! Euri deserves a raise for his incredible work.

The other day I was bringing things to my car and Scott offered to help! I feel like the staff is personally invested in our wellness and cares! Another time, I went on vacation and Ashley took my plant to water it while I was gone. The staff makes this place feel homey and lively. I appreciate everything they do!

tristan phillips: I just moved out of the Brix recently and I definitely enjoyed my time there. The apartment was good, appliances very reliable, the balcony was very nice – tough to find an apartment with a good balcony in the area. The amenities were nice also – pool was good during the summer and the fitness area was better equipped than some gyms I've been to. I also liked the location – not as pricey as downtown but still a decent number of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. within walking distance. The people, though, are I think what really set the Brix apart. The front office staff were always super helpful whenever I had questions about anything, and the maintenance people – Scott, Yuri, and Nick – were always there in short order the few times I needed them. They also always had a smile and some pleasant words for me whenever I passed them on the property. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Brix. It seemed to me before I moved in that it was a much better value than most of the other properties in the area and my time there only strengthened that opinion.

Spencer Hurst: Scott D. took the time out of his day to demo the golf simulator for a group of people within a couple hours of the request. He continues to go out of his way as a supervisor on staff.

Lindsay Sandell: The Brix is an amazing place to live. In a way, it feels like a nice resort. Some of my favorite aspects include the close proximity to the medical mile, the building feels very safe, the amenity package is hard to beat (pool, gym, work spaces, golf simulator, etc), and it is pet friendly. All of the staff are very friendly and know us by name which provides a sense of community. The pictures don't do it justice, but the lobby and recreation areas are beautiful and cleaned daily so it is always impeccably clean which I appreciate.One staff member I would like to thank is Euri. Euri always provides excellent and prompt maintenance. It is always a pleasure to speak with him.Message me through the Brix website’s Rentgrata portal for $150 off before moving in.
