Matt Stacks: Rodney and RLM amusements are the best! Hands down the best place to play pinball and arcades. All the machines/games work perfectly and if they do have issues he’s very speedy to get it back up. He also does in home repair and recently fixed a pinball machine for me that I had screwed up trying to fix myself. He quickly fixed my error and got the game playing perfectly. There’s no better business to use for arcade/pinball repair.

Private party included about 25 people, ranging from toddlers to seniors so I can confirm it's fun for all ages 😁Venue is a very clean and casual space; it's not obnoxiously loud, either, like a lot of other arcades.Rodney is great, easy to work with, and will tell you all about the machines if you ask. He's very knowledgeable and ready to help. He also ran a pinball tournament for my party which my guests had tons of fun with.Machines are very well maintained - I'm never disappointed. C Laroux: Excellent experience. I bought a shaker motor for a pinball from the Game Room Guys and had a local tech install it. The tech installed it, but was not able to get it to work and suggested that I might need an updated board. I reached out to GRG via e-mail and explained the issue and Carl (Tech Support Manager) called me the next day. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, walked me through how to swap out some of the connections and test it, and got it to work within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me, recognizing I wasn't exactly a pinball electronics wizard. Very happy customer, definitely buying from them again.

The games that were brought in were in mint condition and worked perfectly with our theme. Everyone has so much fun playing them and said that because of those games, it was actually the most fun holiday party yet. We’ve done casino games in the past and everyone enjoyed the arcade games even more. Grant was great during the event. We had setup a claw machine with different prizes in it (wireless headphones, fossil watches, gift cards and many other items.) Grant was there to make sure that all of the items were grabbed over the course of the night at the right pace. He continuously checked in to make sure everything was going right, which I loved. I will most certainly be using 616 Amusements with my future events. The hard work and attention to detail made my event a hit!
