Kevin Rogers: My lender for my refinance contacted this appraiser for me. Within two days, he contacted me and got me scheduled for within a week. He attempted to postpone due to freezing rain, but I was unable to reschedule, so he still made the drive. He was very timely, submitting the report just a few days after appraising the home. I read some of the other reviews here, and they do not match my experience. Everything was done promptly, respectfully, and professionally. 5/5
E Ne: He was rude and used questionable methods. The comparables he used were houses on 1 acre. Ours has 10 acres. Would not recommend.
Angie Hall: No personality. Dealing with this guy was like talking to a brick wall. Getting him to set up the appraisal in a timely manner was a nightmare. The appraisal itself was done terribly, we challenged it and waited almost a week to hear back. Would not recommend using this service.

Kris Steensma: Very unprofessional & unethical. Did not stick to commitments,, not responsive to calls. Front office refused to speak to me but eagerly shared private information with another. They have appraised my home 3 times with gross differences between each and many inconsistencies compared to local sales. This company has strong ties to certain realtors and will not provide a fair appraisal. They are very over priced and there are many better options for a fair, ethical appraisal.
AJ Derico: Critical:Professionalism,ResponsivenessPoor experience with John Meyer. Very lackadaisical attitude. Poor customer service skills. Several calls with no response. I had to call John several times only to be put into his voicemail without a response. No firm commitment after 7 days to do the work. Extremely high price to do the work.
Joshua Dugan: Appraisal was very inaccurate and the value was off by $30-50k. Our same floor plan, same builder, same finishes, with less land and no outbuildings sold for $30k more than my appraisal (within the last 90 days)? The other two comparables were not even in the same city. I would say the appraisal was less than thorough.
Ray Pater: I frequently use John to appraise real estate in divorce cases. He is very competent, thorough and prompt. I highly recommend him.

Alex Maki: Kenneth Nicholson is not an ideal appraiser to work with for Premier Appraisal Service. Items on the original appraisal that were fixed were not added to the appraisal amount when he returned to the property for a reassessment. Caused issues with the offer on our home. Stay away!!One of the only positive reviews on Google for this company is from Kenneth himself. Beware!
Eve Gardner: After many phone calls to several appraisers, Ken was first to answer and first to be available. He met us within 24 hours to do an appraisal for a private sale.
Kari Hady: Incomplete appraisal lacking physical address(using a Pakmail address), expired license information, expired insurance information. He was asked for revisions because details lacked in the appraisal and the turn around time was 1-2 weeks on revisions. Last communication was that his internet was down and he didn't know when he could get to it. We ended up getting a new competent appraiser and everything worked out well.
Erica JREA Properties: Critical:Professionalism,QualityOur appraisal report (which took 8 weeks due to "power outages" and other excuses I see other places in these reviews) was so inaccurate that our bank would not accept it. He was given a chance to fix the report but instead doubled down on his incorrect opinions. We had to find another appraiser, who thankfully understood the market.
