Jayson Dibble: Had a small(ish) fire a few weeks ago in my kitchen. The most visible damage was to the immediate areas: stove, microwave, fridge, etc. But the smoke and soot damage went EVERYWHERE in the house. Upstairs, downstairs, through the air ducts, you name it. Not only did ERS handle the electronics splendidly--assessing damage, cleaning what could be cleaned, handling the smoke smell, and so on--but they also took excellent care of the few wall hangings I had, which were mostly canvas print photos. A house fire is incredibly scary, and it's not easy to know where to begin for recovery. One call to ERS and ART and personnel were on the scene THAT DAY to guide me through the process. These people know what they're doing, and they treat your belongings as they would their own. Although I regret the circumstances that led me to require their services in the first place, I am absolutely grateful for what they do.

Martin Flanagan: Waited 5 weeks to get a Picture Framed, they couldn't correctly frame my Picture within that time, was told the whole process of Frame, Mat and Glass would be about 2 weeks, first attempt there was a bubble in the Mat, not a variation in the Fabric but with the pressing of the Fabric to the Mat, 2 weeks later second attempt, was informed that there had been an incident with the Mat and Fabric, Frames Unlimited claimed that this had never happened to them before, Fabric got stuck to the Press and torn, more Fabric would need to be ordered and attempted again, 3rd time, week later, called Frames Unlimited, they were meant to call me, they informed me that they should have it completed before the end of the day, this was so, finally it was ready, inspected the Mat, was disappointed as it still wasn't right after 5 weeks, the edges of the Fabric Mat that framed the Picture were not straight and crisp, perhaps they were nervous due to the previous attempts with the Mat, bubbles, tear ect, this was very noticible against the Picture, Frames Unlimited said it would need to be re-done at the Fabric manufacturer in Califonia, by this point I had enough, as they were unable to successfully frame my Picture after 5 weeks they refunded my money

Jenny was extremely helpful!I arrived with a box of miscellaneous items and photos, hoping to put some sort of shadow box together for my son's graduation. I came in with a rough idea of what I was thinking, but Jenny helped me develop a clean, organized layout, and helped me determine which items to keep and which to leave out.If I had done it myself, it would have been very disorganized and would never have been as impressive as the result we came up with together.
