MVP Athletic Club, Crahen: what do users think?
Julie: Love the zone class and the pool.
J Hernandez: Very nice staff.
Nancy Solis: Come here when I’m not home in Holland. Front staff is wonderful! Love power and torch too.
Alex Brenner: During my guest pass visits I enjoyed how this gym was never crowded and I rarely had to wait to use a weight or machine even during peak hours. I'm not sure if this is an effect of the pandemic, but this was throughout 2022. The gym has the usual treadmills, cycles, weights, machines, basketball court, etc. that other gyms have, but it also had a turf area with trx equipment (this was also on the squat racks for use) and plyo boxes and weight sleds which could all be used if a class was not ongoing. Speaking of classes, many are offered that are free to sign up for with membership. Outdoor amenities are included which include a pool and I believe tennis courts. My only complaint is the outrageous membership price which just increased! If you're willing to fork over that much money for a clean, well-equiped gym that offers all the above amenities than MVP may be worth it, but if you're looking for a cheaper option for basic gym equipment than there are far cheaper options in Grand Rapids.
Molly Carpenter: There were plenty of machines to use. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Matt DeVries: Awesome gym. Love the basketball court, tennis facility and there scheduled classes. Something for everyone here.
Joan Hanna Darrell: Staff are helpful and caring. Tennis courts are beautiful. Very beautiful facility.
Matt Clements: Where I get to thankfully get to play wheelchair tennis 🎾!
Nathan Miller: Only stopped for a brief time but seems to be a decent place to stay in shape
Debbie King: Absolutely love this club! Especially my trainer Lindsey…she’s the best 👍🏻👍🏻
Clive HQ: Great gym equipment that exercises all of your muscles! The pool is extremely nice with a great slide! There's great seating so you can sunbathe and then jump in the water! Also I find the pool is always the perfect temperature and I never get cold! My only complaint would be that the shallow ends can be quite dirty and need to be cleaned.
Brendan W.: The hours are silly. Can't go if you work late. Where are you 24 hr gym of grand rapids?
Joel Stephens: Clean and well maintained. Extensive variety of fitness equipment for cardio, machine circuit training, and free weights. Rarely crowded, and friendly staff always make for a great experience. The pool is great in the summer too!
Jeff De Boer: Easy access. Very friendly staff.
Bulldog Square: Friendly staff & quality clean facility. Racquet sports are a blast and the outdoor pool is popular.
Anthony Prichard: Great workout! Tons of new exercises I hadn't done before.
Susan Fecko: Erin gave me a tour. She was extremely helpful in setting up a day pass for me and very thorough.
Renee Overbeck: Love MVP Crahen! Everyone is so nice and helpful and the classes are so good!
Rob Esther: Nice place to workout. Variety of equipment, machines and free weights. Basketball and tennis courts.Fun, challenging classes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Trainers are also available for a fee.
Mindy: Super nice gym! Has all the latest equipment. Not very busy during the day which was perfect. Very clean! Recommend!
Isabella No: My dad likes the zone classes

MVP Sportsplex: what do users think?
PJ Carroll: Buyer beware, this place quietly revokes perks and downgrades their best and longest customers. The only treadmill at this gym is the constant price increases. No loyalty here. If you have to ask how much it costs, they don't want your stench of poverty in their clubhouse.
Frank Speyers: The friendly gracious staff are all exceptional
Elizabeth Mansfield: Yes, I would recommend if it falls into your budget. Why I use this gym:1. Clean2. Diverse equipment and machines3. Locker room has a whirlpool, Sauna, and steam room4. Towel service5. StaffWhy three stars? Monthly price and enrollment fee. I've lived all over so I join a gym with every move. Even gyms of comparable or better quality were significantly less in cost. Unfortunately, there is not much in this region that offers the five items listed above.
Paul Holappa: Great place.
Janet Haas: I'm handicapped love the warm pool. Love how clean it is, everyone is helpful. Can't wait to use the outdoor pools 😁 Needs new "lift" difficult to use. And the handicap showers need to be updated.
Carley (Cosmic Carleyy): Beautiful facility, and great zumba instructor Narisa. We all had a fantastic time, and I look forward to more classes!
Margaret Malenka: There are a variety of classes for various skill levels, beautiful indoor and outdoor pools (plus a therapy pool and hot tub), and friendly, knowledgeable instructors. A great place!
edward holman: Nice staff. Nice swimming pool, and locker room. Very roomy and clean.
Joan Hanna Darrell: Great place to work out. Staff is very friendly and helpful and kind.
Amir Bajric: Natalie Maddie ans tracy are the best always welcoming And happy to be there amazing employees And great gym to be at best in the city
Patty Wals-Hernandez: Excellent
Kyle Janes: Clean and the staff is great. Membership pricing is steep.
30 seconds ofWaves: Nice experience with a trainer after not being in a gym for 15 years! Glad to be back in a gym.
Loran & Kathy Bakker: Been here for years. Great facility and great staff.
Cheryl S: Not the same place it use to be.The music from the classes is played too loud and to say anything is a waste of time. And the workout equipment is situated too close together. MVP had potential to be a good workout facility but the management is lacking in leadership. Likely why the turnover of staff is high.
Susie Rigas: We usually just get the pool membership for the summer. The club allows you to put the rest of the membership on hold for only $8 a month per person instead of having to cancel and re-up the following year and pay the initial membership fee.
James Tucholski: Pricey, but honestly, the amenities make it worth it... if you use them and can go there enough. They have many pools, a big water slide, hot tub, and saunas - all very enjoyable.Staff are good, honest, quality people. I enjoy taking to them and learning from them. The group classes are free with membership and are a great way to fit guided exercise into your schedule.Lastly... if you can afford a personal trainer... they are great and worth it. Becky is amazing, but she is almost always fully loaded. I have nothing bad to say about the trainers and the staff. You will love it here!
Develop With Dominic: I come here every other day or more. Best facility in Grand Rapids. Worth the travel. A location downtown and off east Paris in GR. They offer military discounts also so I take advantage of that. Thanks MVP!
Nathan Johnston: Awesome gym!
J S: MVP is a fantastic health club.Exercising is fun. Whirlpool, steam room and etc are great in the locker room. Culturally diverse.
Abdirahman F Olow: Great place for fun

Nick Scarantino: $100 a month without accessible parking is ridiculous.
Mark Cox: Great gym!
Ryan Velting: Awesome gym! Conveniently located downtown Grand Rapids with enthusiastic and knowledgeable training staff. NOT your run-of-the-mill gym. Absolutely thrilled with MVP!!
Brandy Breen: It’s the people—coaches, trainers…they work with any level of fitness. Love the team!
Katie Boss: MVP metro does it all! Great for open gym, high intensity workout class, spin, or sauna.
Richard Schoelles: Very lack luster weight room you’ve got this massive complex only to have a hotel gym level weight room which is pretty wack
Marcus Bradstreet: Solid place to get a pump in
Lee Kenyon II: Great facility, friendly staff. Separate cardio/weight/turf areas.
Scott Theisen: Great gym. Very clean and has the equipment for everything except maybe seated calf raises. All other gym members have been great to be around.
Roxanne Stewart: Really nice equiptment here.
Google User: Friendly staff. I just wish they had more space for exercise machines.
Stephanie Cornwell: Wish I could pay for just classes. Too expensive to justify.
James Tucholski: A bit too stuck up for my taste...
Attica M: Great Staff! Equipment, organized, trainer's, amenities.
Dave Miller: Great location for us downtown workers. All the amenities!
Jack Lipton: Awesome location and instructors. My favorite MVP location. Small but great.

Grand Rapids Racquet and Fitness: what do users think?
Manikandan Sundararajan: Best indoor pickleball courts in GrandRapids.Has racquet ball , many tennis courts and fitness center too !Worth taking having membership.
Review Guy: Very friendly staff. If is a big facility, but some parts are getting a little old.
Scottie Morgan: Played here on a guest pass while in town. Best place to play indoor Pickleball in Grand Rapids. Excellent surface, nets, and lighting. They have exclusive pickleball courts, but you can reserve a converted tennis court if the pickle ball courts are full.
Zachary Nielsen: Played pickleball here on a guest pass while in town for Thanksgiving. Excellent indoor pickle courts! Would recommend for any pickleball players to reserve a court and play there. Very nice facility. Will come back next time in town. Thank you!
Naimad: Great tennis club 👍🎾
Jason Reister: Great place to work out and play Tennis! Nice and helpful staff!
Liza Baylis: This review is specific to future tournament tennis players and parents, and tennis enthusiasts in general. My son and daughter have hit with Tom Walker since 2013. We live in Clarkston, and while following him may seem typical of the craziness seen in youth sports, I can tell you that Tom is the total package, which is what we wanted. There are plenty of great pros in Southeastern Michigan, but Tom brings, passion, compassion, tennis acumen, and a true love of the kids he gets to know. He invests his heart and soul into his players. He is well connected, and will take your child as far as he/she wants to go, including professionally. But he cares about kids of all levels, which is awesome! The facilities are and will be amazing as it undergoes a major renovation. Tennis players of all abilities will love the new lighting, viewing, Playsight(on court video for teaching, scoring and more), and the overall amenities. The pickle ball courts are a wonderful addition to any club. We love Tom, and know he will help Grand Rapids become a force in junior tennis.Larry and Liza Baylis
