Kyle Williams: I am not happy with my 5/3 experience. I came in recently and wanted to open a business account for my local retail chain and planned on opening a few more accounts for personal and refinancing since I heard good things about 5/3. I came in a few times and spoke to Alexa, she made everything a very pleasant experience. Answered all my questions. What ultimately made me decide against it was seeing the way the manager (Shawnda I believe her name is) treated her employees. I can’t give my business to companies that treat their employees so badly! New management is needed, ASAP!

Cheryl DeKruyter: The bankers here are not concerned about service. We entered the bank with over 20 minutes to close in order to open bank accounts for our kids. In order to do this, we all have to be there (mom plus dad plus kids) which is VERY difficult to do on work days (dad working, kids in school, etc). The banker on duty was on her computer (not helping anyone or even on the phone) but told the teller that she couldn’t help us because was busy. She didn’t even bother to come and tell us herself, to ask us what we needed, or apologize that she was working on something so important that she couldn’t help the customers in front of her. We weren’t even asking for the process to be completed today. We just wanted to sign the papers that we both want to open these accounts for our kids. We would go to another bank completely if we didn’t have all of our other accounts here. This is not the bank to come to of your looking for service from a banker on a Saturday.

RENE L.: Frankly put I will never bank with this bank. Had to fill my prescription at the pharmacy across the street. I also needed a couple rolls of quarters. I keep them in my vehicle for meter's and such. Usually I go to Huntington or Chase and never have an issue. The teller here refused to give me them stating that the bank only offers change to account holders. If I went to my bank they could surely give me some. I don't have a bank. So I left and proceeded to the Huntington Bank a mile or so away where the teller not only gave me the 2 rolls did so in a welcoming and friendly manner and wished me a great day.

Keenan Goodwin: I’ll start by saying this was my first time at this branch.I know that I was cutting close to the time they closed, but chose to go anyway. There were a few people ahead of me, and I was okay with waiting. The young woman behind the counter was the only one working and mind you this isn’t even her typical location. She was very professional and handled herself with such poise despite working both the counter and drive-through.A HUGE kudos to her, she deserves a raise and time off. I wish I had gotten her name to pass along word to higher up. Very pleased by her professionalism and attitude!

Nick Phelps: This has to be the SLOWEST bank in the world. Every time I'm here it takes at least 20 mins in and out. Even if I'm first in line. I've been sitting in the drive thru for 18 mins now. Only two cars were ahead of me and i haven't even gotten you the window yet. Horrible!

Andrew Martin: I went into this place on saturday to deposit a large check they asked if i needed the money to be available that day I said no monday is fine. They reassured me the money would be in my account monday morning and to call if there was any problems. It was not available monday morning and when i called they said there was nothing they could do. I'm a new customer at this bank and i'm strongly considering leaving

Lisa: Brought my check in from work to get it cashed. The date was a day early the women refused to give me my check back. When I explained she couldn't do this and to get the manager, she gave it back. I'd been banking there for 3 months. I cashed my check the next day and closed the account. My husband and my sisters friend have all had bad times with this bank.
