Amy Adams: I did the research and chose Kaczmarski Hearing Services based on their qualified staff, good reviews, and mission statement. This is my first experience with hearing aids, so I had a lot of questions! Terri, the audiologist I worked with, spent an ample amount of time with me and helped me choose hearing aids that were right for my hearing loss and my budget. Everyone in the Raybrook office is warm and welcoming and I would recommend their services to anyone. I’m very happy I chose to address my hearing challenges here.
Triple F Ranch: We had a hearing exam today for my husband and the service was exceptional and thorough. Dr. Terry Alsum explained everything to us in detail and we finally understand the hearing loss and tinnitus that my husband is dealing with. The hearing service was top notch and we are so thankful to have the best specialists in the field supporting us through hearing loss and tinnitus. Wonderful office staff as well :)

Cindy Toledo: Insurance has been a little bit of a problem time wise and my hearing aids didn't work. However neither of those issues had anything to do with hear usa. My experience there has been positive. When my hearing aids didn't work and the insurance company took a long time to fix the situation hear USA loaned me a pair of hearing aids. The people I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I personally would recommend them.

So knowledgeable, answered every question clearly, made sure I knew every option that was available to me, and took extra time to make sure that I was hearing what I wanted to hear. I saw most recently (Ci***) was also very deft at the repair n I was in n out in 15 min. (I can say nothing about the rest of the staff as I have not met them). W
