David Armstrong: Josh is fantastic to work with and his work is superb.
Aaron Swarvar: Rick and Bruce did a great job taking some small dents out of the aluminum hood on my wife’s 2021 Grand Cherokee L. Either the dealer while prepping for delivery put some dents from fingers while closing the hood, or I did it the first time I tried to get the hood to close. Hood wouldn’t latch so I pushed down some to try to get it to latch, nothing that I thought was excessive, but it could have been, given the fact the hood is made of recycled bud light cans I guess. Anyway, with 2K miles on the vehicle I wanted them taken care of even though they were hard to notice. Waited a couple weeks to get in, but it was worth it. They had a nice waiting area that I just stayed and worked in while they worked their magic. A couple hours later and they had 5 small dings from the leading edge of the hood all pulled out. They had to glue pull all of them due to lack of access behind. Looks perfect again, I’m happy, wife’s happy, Rick will be happy when he sees my check in the mail!Absolutely use them. Planning to see if they can get a small ding from a door on my Expedition out, along with a couple blemishes on a CPO RAM I bought a while back.

Andrew Kanous: My 2018 Chevrolet Camaro was unfortunate enough to be the victim of some September Michgan hail. The hail was light enough that it didn't break the paint, however there was roughly 200 dents altogether.In just a few days Josh was able to repair every dent, some of which were in very hard to reach places due to the Camaro's unique body design. Not one panel had to be replaced. I am VERY thankful as the car looks brand new, and still with all the original paint. My car was also detailed before being returned to me which was incredibly nice.10/10 experience. Thanks a lot!

Thomas Miller: I can’t even explain how happy I am with my recent paintless dent repair appointment with Josh at Dent Perfection. He did an amazing job! I had previously went to a local shop here in Grand Rapids whenever I needed PDR work done. Bad idea. Just recently, they attempted to remove two hail dents from my vehicle. They could only fix one of the dents completely. I wasn’t all that satisfied with that, but went about my way anyways. When I arrived home, I noticed the dent they couldn’t fully get out, was actually worse. Looked up Josh and his business, Dent Perfection, online and saw all the great reviews. He assessed the dent and actually found/showed me that the other dent that supposedly was repaired, still existed. I was ferrous, but very happy that he was transparent about his findings. He showed me everything from the process, how his estimates work, and even the tools he uses. I was so in awe at how intense, delicate, and hard PDR work really is. Josh took great effort and detail into this job. Even for how small it was. After he was finished, he showed me the work and I literally dropped to the floor with excitement. The dents were gone! As if nothing ever happened. This man is incredible at what he does. I hope that you get to experience his hard work. No matter how unfortunate dents are, he will definitely make you feel better. Robert Sobota: I am amazed at what Dent Perfection was able to do with the dents on my classic Mustang. Even with a wet sanded, buffed, and polished finish, which makes it even more difficult, he was able to make the imperfections disappear. No exaggeration. He's a busy guy, so it took some time to schedule me in, but it was well worth it. Highly recommend.

Gordon Doornbos: Josh removed 3 small dents from both sides of my vehicle. Two of those dents were on the crease in the door panel. Most people might have ignored those dents, but I get pretty fussy about my vehicles. Josh did a marvelous job in removing them so there is no evidence that they were ever there. A very skilled young man at his trade. I will not only return to him if the need arises, but I have already told a couple of friends about him. Josh is not only an excellent tradesman, but a very good person. It was a 2 hour job at a very fair price.

My vehicle had 2 dents on the drivers side doors that I'd see every time I got in and out of the vehicle. I got in touch with Josh, he was able to pull the dents, wet sand the scratches (one of them a pretty deep one!) and buff both doors back to perfection, all within a three hour window...and all for a very reasonable price! I've had plenty of body work done before, so I'm well aware what this would have cost if it had been done the "traditional" way. I can't recommend Josh and Dent Perfection enough!

Michaela Armstrong: Rodenhouse had previously repaired my vehicle after it was hit by a plow truck, and after a few months, the vehicle was shaking a lot and jumped when shifting gears. After some investigation, we noticed a motor mount was cracked. We brought it back to Rodenhouse to see what could be done, and they called our insurance on our behalf, despite the damaged piece not seeming to be part of the incident with the plow truck. Our insurance wouldn’t adjust the claim to include it, but Vaughn took care of it for us anyways and replaced a couple trim pieces that were broken. I am impressed with how quickly they were able to repair our vehicle and the kindness they extended by repairing it at no cost to us. Great service! Chris Rhein: Changed owners the day after we signed the contract to perform the repair. It's now Caliber. Way past the time we were told we would have the car. Still don't have the car. Asked about them providing a rental in return for missed car return dates and new owner refused. Called and they can't promise when we'll have the car. I have used Town and Country in the past and was happy with both quality and time of repair never going back and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

They replaced my front bumper and matched the paint for a fraction of the cost of most other body shops I received quotes from. Excellent quality too!Their customer service was great too. When giving me the initial quote, they offered to cut off a piece that was dragging on the road from my bumper for free. They allowed me to drop my car off the day before my appointment. They were nice on the phone and communicated well but they didn’t fix the paint transition where the new rear bumper touches the back side panel. Large chips of paint missing from the accident and a horrible looking transition. This was all damaged when the car was rear ended but they said that because there was prior paint work done at some point in the vehicles life that they didn’t fix that. Nate Jennings: Town an Country took great care of my truck. From past body shop experiences my expectations were low for how the body work would turn out. I am an automotive technician. I see a lot of poor quality body work everyday come into my service bays. Town and Country’s attention to detail has exceeded my expectations greatly. The paint work I believe looks better than the factory painted parts. They adjust and aligned parts perfectly too. Even people I work with that knew I was having the work done. Made comments about how great my truck looked after the repairs were done. Town and County also stayed in contact with me over the course of the repairs via text or phone call. Town and County are truly professionals!

The second time a co worker hit my mini and the insurance was posted through hers, they provided a loaner and got the work done in less than 4 days. Very pleased with the work done to both minis!
Day Tripper: I’ve been here twice in less than a year. Once for paint, then a windshield. I came here alone the first time, the second time I did not, each time I was treated with respect and as an equal. Everyone was friendly and personable.They are top notch, they came highly recommended from several local businesses. (Whom I noticed also use their services...that says something in itself) and that’s why I came here and I was not disappointed. Well worth my 31 mile drive to get here.They do excellent work, they blended the paint flawlessly on my 10 year old Rover. And the turnaround time more than acceptable. They offer loaner cars from a rental agency or shuttle service if same day. Which I took advantage of, Their prices are better than most and their work is better than most!! .... 👍🏼👍🏼

Grond269: If you have ANY sort of collision or glass repair to be done to your vehicle, I DO NOT recommend you take it to Gerber Collision & Glass on Plainfield in Grand Rapids.. After setting an appointment to get an inspection done on an 8-bolt bumper replacement that I had done, the man "Frank" that was supposedly going to do the inspection was rude, abrupt and basically said that he was not going to sign off on the simple repair before he even looked at it. Don't waste your time with this place and their rude, unprofessional people.

John Lara: Don't ever go to gerber collision. I had my envoy repaired by them 6 yrs ago. When i got my vehicle back it wasn't vacuum and left a piece of trim on my seat. 2 months later i saw that the fan blade for cooling the radiator was wobbling and that should been something they should had inspected right before releasing the vehicle. I bought it back and they denie me fixing it. I had to call insurance to fix the problem. And now 6 yrs later the radiator is leaking coolant and they don't want to fix it. They say it has lifetime warranty but its not true. The transmission was flushed about 2 yrs ago and there is some markings on the fitting of the cooling line and now gerber saying that it was tempered with. The manager or the girls on the front desk don't have no knowledge on what parts are called on a vehicle. I had to actually explain to the the part name etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. They only friendly when they going get your money. But when its a warranty job they turn their back on you. Its sad that their customer service is horrible. Their manager and office workers really need to be educated into automotive because they sure don't have any knowledge. I know a lot because i have a degree in automotive.Service:Body Trim

They said insurance was giving them problems but didn’t convey this to me for almost a week. That was my biggest issue was communication. They did do a great job on the repair.Service:Body Trim

Very poor work, there was a 1/4 inch gap between front grill and bumper. I can’t imagine how they repair cars with extensive damage as my vehicle had little damage and they couldn’t even repair it correctly. Front office staff had poor communication. Car had to go in again for repair. Very delayed repair
Justin Majewski: Great people! I had a small bird fly into the front fender of my car and it didn't break anything or cause any actual damage, it just popped the plastic part of the bumper out and the tabs that were supposed to behind the headlight and grill were now in front of them. I was reluctant to do it myself and end up actually breaking it. So I called Gerber to see how much it would cost to have someone who is a little more skilled than I am just pop it back it, they told me to come by so they could look at it and they ended up just fixing it right there in the parking lot, no charge. I think that's a sign of a well-meaning company, I am legit offering money and they could have easily charged me something and I would have paid it, but instead of taking advantage of a situation they did the right thing and for that, I will go to them if I ever need any real body work done.
