We converted seven different locations over to them from another vendor and the process from discovery to implementation and support was seamless. Our account manager, Jeff, and his team provided very detailed inspections and drawings prior to quoting to help ensure that everything was correct. When it came time to run the project, we were provided a dedicated project manager who saw the process through from start to finish. The engineers that came onsite, were professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions. The ongoing support team is also great and quick to respond to support requests. If they are not able to resolve the problem remotely, they will send a technician out at the first opportunity. Can't recommend the EPS team enough!

We started with by speaking with our Security Consultant, Jeff, who came to our home and gave us a complete walkthrough of what equipment was already installed in our new home from the previous owners and what equipment we should likely consider adding. At no point in the process did it feel like we were being upsold on anything. Jeff was clear and concise in his communication and very quick to respond via email and text. Once we locked in our equipment needs and service package our installation expert, Kirk, came by and had our system setup in a couple of hours. Kirk was extremely thorough in his explanation on how to use the system and made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. Mark Hurt: We are now in our 5th year with TKS now. The monitoring has been great and you can customize what you want as urgent or just to let you know. The app for a smart phone works just as well if not maybe better at times to let you know when things are being tripped at a location. As far as working with TKS customer service side they have been outstanding to any changes or adds that we need to one of our 16 locations that they monitor. We also use them for installing our surveillance systems and Access Control systems. Overall I’m very happy with TKS and their staff. Over the years I’ve used other well known security companies for monitoring and installation. None of them have come close to the service we receive from TKS.
