Our driver, Richard, arrived a few hours early to familiarize himself with the area and then provided outstanding service to a capacity load to the Wedding where he went above and beyond to make sure our guests could comfortably return to the hotel in two trips at the end of the night. Fitting the 56 passenger bus down and back a dead end street was nothing short of a miracle and Richard did it while I danced the night away at my son's wedding. I'm so grateful for his ingenuity in figuring out how to make this happen. He and the communication with the company was outstanding! Also, the bus was clean and cool on a very warm afternoon and evening.

R M: Our bus from US Coachways canceled on us less than 16 hours before our very important client event. We were left calling multiple companies only to find out that nothing was available. Nothing, that is, until Great Lakes Motorcoach called us back, said they had juggled some things around, now had a bus for us and had found a driver. Mia Matthews: Be careful if you book. I witnessed one run a car off the road and almost cause a big accident. It was not an issue of blind space it was heavy traffic and the bus driver just didn’t want to stay behind the semi until clear so they got over without warning and almost smashed a small car. The car have to go into the shoulder/grass to avoid a collision because the bus did not back off even after the car honked the horn.
