Ross Vander Klok: It is a bus station. If you have never been to a bus station that is good and I wouldn't recommend it. If you have you know exactly what you are getting. I would imagine having to ride a bus a long distance is already pretty depressing but add having to go to and wait at a bus station to it makes it especially bad.

Tree Lee: This bus station was decent. They do have an office to sell or print tickets during ticket booth business hours. It’s called Trails something…. Waiting area is decent, enclosed to protect from weather. Wall charging available. Vending machines, bathrooms.

Throughout the entire process she was there for any questions and even checked in with us throughout our trip and made us aware of any changes to our flight! I will definitely use her when booking future trips, as it is nice to have someone to "lean on", while booking international travel :)

Great Lakes Motorcoach: what do users think?
Zachary Rau: Disappointed to see a professional transport company with a bus full of 10+/- yr old kids passing semi trucks on the Mackinac bridge, which is illegal. One would think an established company wouldn't take shortcuts with children on board.
Jackie: This was my first time using Great Lakes Motor Coach and everything went very well. The coaches were clean. They needed little direction, very courteous drivers. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Kathy DeGiulio: We used Great Lakes Motor Coach for Wedding transport from Shanty Creek to the Southwestern shore of Torch Lake. Our driver, Richard, arrived a few hours early to familiarize himself with the area and then provided outstanding service to a capacity load to the Wedding where he went above and beyond to make sure our guests could comfortably return to the hotel in two trips at the end of the night. Fitting the 56 passenger bus down and back a dead end street was nothing short of a miracle and Richard did it while I danced the night away at my son's wedding. I'm so grateful for his ingenuity in figuring out how to make this happen. He and the communication with the company was outstanding! Also, the bus was clean and cool on a very warm afternoon and evening.

R M: Our bus from US Coachways canceled on us less than 16 hours before our very important client event. We were left calling multiple companies only to find out that nothing was available. Nothing, that is, until Great Lakes Motorcoach called us back, said they had juggled some things around, now had a bus for us and had found a driver. Seriously, they saved us from angering a bunch of very important clients as well as the loss of money due to the last minute cancellation at the venue. The bus was top notch, our driver (Scott) was incredible, and there weren't any complaints from our travelers. LifeofKhari: Worst bus serive ever. The driver are jerks and the 28th street bus is ether way too early or late as can be. I been to many cites this is the only one that I just guess at. Can't even get to then early. Oh and if you just get there expect the driver to take off. In Kalamazoo they stop cuz you know it's theyre job. BRENDAN SHANAHAN: I was nearly hit and run off the road by one of the drivers from this company. There was no one in the office because it was "not normal business hours". I was running down the road because sidewalks weren't plowed off and the driver of the bus passed me with less than a foot of space between us and cut in, bringing the back end of his bus into me. After he passed me he had to stop at a red light I was in the intersection going straight because the light was turning from red to green and the driver of the bus drove straight at me not stopping nearly running me over. I am documenting this less than 20 minutes after it happened. It happened on February 16 at about 6 PM on wealthy streat heading east, the bus number was line 5 and the driver was a middle aged heavyweight man with glasses. If anyone knows anything about this driver please let me know because I hope he gets fired and I will be reporting him on Monday morning. I pray to God he gets fired.

I had to drop my speedily drop my 5 month old son on the ground about 1 foot off the ground. To catch my balance && my stroller fell on my leg. He didnt make me pay bus fare either ....I hadn't even made it to the 1st seats on the bus

Jean Mulder: We were not impressed. The trip of interest is only 1x yr. The river cruise vessel staterooms could not hold a candle to either Avalon 5☆ nor Viking 4☆. Per the brochure the beds are a twin and a couch conversion. Looked like an early 1960's small room. Sink and bed separated by 1 plywood like divider.....and trip price higher by comparison. We felt disappointed as we went in with great anticipation of selecting a cruise.We are well seasoned travelers with escorted travel but this trip, will plan a 2week Backroads of Holland driving adventure. 6th NL visit.

Daniel Brehm: Witte travels did a fantastic job with our vacation to Cancun. Delivered all information to us well before so we were very prepared for our trip.
Deb Creswell: We booked our vacation with Teri at Witte. We've used her multiple times. We did purchase the recommended trip insurance with cash back option Teri recommended. While we never used it before, we needed it this time. Due to an accident on the way to the airport, we never made it to the charter. That was a Sunday. On Monday morning, Teri took care of everything and we are now awaiting our refund. Fabulous service!
Jen Richmond: Don’t come here if you’re a first time flyer. Our agent didn’t give us any useful advice. We went to the Chicago O’Hare airport instead of Ford to save money on tickets but made up the difference with hotel and gas fees, along with headaches and traffic nightmares. She also booked my tickets for the WRONG DAY and I almost didn’t find out in time (saw the mistake 2 weeks before departure). I would have noticed sooner but I put my trust in the agent to do her job right the first time. We got no apology for the mistake and it was an incredibly stressful first flight for me. It’s not that hard to book your own flights so I recommend just doing it yourself.
