Cee Cee Leary: I left a manufacturing job after eight years because there was just no growth unless there was favoritism I went to a great company there after and I found out a month later that there was no growth for African-American females so while at that Job I just start applying through indeed I ran across a team lead position that impact design group handled this company I ended up getting my résumé sent over by Taylor from impact landed the interview with this awesome company landed another interview with this company thinking it was for the team lead position and it ended up being for a production supervisor position 4days had past and I received a phone call offering me the position and of course I accepted and I say this to say that Taylor and Paul from impact designs were awesome they walked me through step-by-step stayed on my head I was slipping going through some personal things and they made sure it happened they stood with me the whole time and I got hired in that company as A production supervisor making great money 66,500k a year. I 1000% recommend them if looking to be hired into a great company I’m not saying that your case may be like mines because I never got recruited through them I went straight through the door but they definitely will put their all in helping to get you employed they have become my team and my friends…

Curt Willbrandt: Having worked in Tech Staffing for 25+ years at another firm, this is one of the few Agencies I would ever consider working for today, hence my joining the team in 2021. I know the owners personally since we all went through the same training together at a Company originally called Source Edp, where they would only hire folks who were working in Technology to train as Tech Recruiters and they would only hire folks working as a CPA or in Financial Services to train as Finance Recruiters. The logic was simple, Tech professionals crossed trained in HR and Finance professionals cross trained in HR to most effectively work with both Clients and Candidates for filling those roles. It was a great model that very few Agencies use today.
